I doubt the casinos are to keen on having too much bitcoins on their hand cause of the high variation in its value. Would suck for them to get a hold of $5 millions in bitcoins, just for it to drop 50% before they get a chance to pay them out

Bitcoins are dead for mining now, unless you have a multi gigahash/terahash graphics box specific for the purpose. One desktop PC, even a good one, running 24/7 would pay you about £2 a week at todays rates, barely the cost of the electricity. These boxes cost up to 30k and are waiting-list only, few in quantity.

last time i saw bitcoins on silkroad before the bust. lately guys took pics of flour selling the product as cocaine for bitcoins and many buyers have fallen into this trap. also the priceless hitman services with laughable arsenal pics downloaded from google images with copyright in the corner 
, all for bitcoins. these are totally traceable no matter what experts are saying but methods are used on the big fishes only, keeping the reliability of the coin. a recent sight over Tor major events of last 6 months confirms this. people are doing bad things to obtain them(anonymous beatings, killings, custom private child porn, hacking services, fake 1:1 documents and many more) and until now it was pretty hard to exchange them into something. practically this casino welcomes people to wash these coins for real cash among many others that started over night and different services in last month. not sure if is a good thing.

They would be better off FIXING their withdrawal section where Skrill/Moneybookers withdrawal has not been available since they launched
I have even been in contact with their support several times. Even Affiliate program and also casino Management. Only being told we are looking into this. Like half year ago. Though they are quick on withdrawals and will do it manually. But just annoying you have to contact support to ask for Skrill withdrawal. Then money also still in account while tempted to use them. Happened for me couple times.... So now i have to get them to lock my account every time. Not really good in my book.

Yeah, this is a big problem. Few times made withdrawal on this way. I sent email to support "I would like to withdraw 120,00 € to xxxxxxxxx(at)gmail.com"
It's complicate, but fast at the same time. 2-3 times used it and every time money came under 2 hours to Skrill.

Kind of related: Received a promo email from TigerDirect last week (they sell mostly computers and related stuff) announcing they now would accept Bitcoins.
Seems a bit risky to me. Once the feds launder the bitcoins they snagged from the Silk Road mess I fully expect them to try to throw more wrenches into the Bitcoin works.

I don't think the businesses accepting bitcoins are planning to sit on some huge stockpile of them. If you accept bitcoin, just have the system check the current exchange rates, and automatically apply decent currency conversion fee in the bitcoin prices, and immediately after acquiring the bitcoin put it back to sale in exchange and exchange it to dollars/euro/whatever, that should keep risks relatively low for a business.
