Had this issue last time but some how managed it worse.

Had small withdrawal of 30 and did wire cause this awful casino charges 5 pound to withdraw via card under 50 pound.

3 days later I check and says transaction history NOT APPROVED. No money in casino account either. So where is it?

Live chat not online no email regarding withdrawal. Pathetic.

Actually they did email wtf is this crap about... has anyone ever had this clause pulled on them?? How is it classed as abuse using the points they offer??

I am contacting you today regarding your withdrawal of 30.03 GBP.

Please refer to section 14.15 of our Terms&Conditions as stated below:

14.15
If continued use of the Loyalty Scheme program occurs without any deposit being made for at least 90 days Dumarca reserve the right to confiscate of winnings and/or close your account.

Unfortunately your withdrawal has not been approved and the 30.03 GBP has been confiscated due to continued abuse of our Loyalty Scheme.

Kindly note our loyalty scheme is here as an incentive and is not to be abused. Further abuse of this scheme will result in corrective action and closure of the account.

If you have any other questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to get in contact.

Kind Regards,

They're basically prompting people to sign in daily for the points, which in turn unlock free spins, bonuses etc from which one hopes to - God help us all- make the occasional cashout from :eek:

So they want someone to lose £50 that week yet still sign in every day for a poxy 10 coins do they? That's not how you buy customer loyalty. Good promos get people flocking.

To call someone a bonus abuser because of a minor success is urine- extraction of the highest order.

Wow. They did warn me about this a few months back that if a deposit hasn't been made within 2 months then money may be confiscated from free spin winnings. They shouldn't even give you the spins or bonus funds if they know you haven't made a deposit in 2 months. So basically you can waste all your time wagering and getting a huge cashout only 2 be given nothing back. I don't understand why measures aren't put in place to avoid this disappointment when a player comes to withdraw. Yes its in there Ts&Cs but they know most players don't read them and wouldn't expect a rule like this to be in place.

So beware people that are logging in everyday for the coins, You could just be wasting your time if you haven't deposited recently. I feel your pain nutnut :(

Will be reporting them to gambling commision. Something very dodgy about a casino giving incentives to log in and earn points then take away a crappy small win. A decent casino would say next time you need to deposit not confiscate it without any warning.

Another joke for you.

I had free spins on a game on verajohn 0.07 stake and had what looked like a big win, yet only paid out 0.90p!!!!!!!!! Was my final free spin.

Surely this is more than 0.90 bloody pence!!!

I think it's only a 7 line game and you were only playing 1p a line.Check the win lines and paytables but if you had 6 lines at 15p it would be correct.

Jeez . Someone ceartinly isnt appreciative of their sunday 25% reload.

I used to get a promo every week for £100/£100, I have not had a free single spin or a reload bonus since the UK goverment stopped wr. It didnt affect this casino at all the wr so i e mailed support as why my weekly bonuses had stopped.
Got a standard e mail back saying basically we can do what we want and give bonuses out when we want too. I have deposited quite a lot at this place throughout the years, thats my last ever one now though.
