1) I live in the US, in a state that is currently taxing everything except the air we are breathing, but I am sure they will figure out a way to do this in the near future. (They are currently working on an obesity tax to join our sin tax)
2) If I did happen to do this (which isn't likely), BUT if I did and happened to win...is this taxfree for UK only? Do I need to move to the UK to claim this prize?
3) Is this something new for the Rival casinos?
Thanks for your time, was just wondering.

I got the same thing....what a crock of #@$@#....

BTW:

Foreign Lotteries: It Is Illegal for U.S. Citizens to Enter Them!

If you want to play some of europes biggest lotteries
Check out our friends at www.uklotterylive.com and www.euromillionslive.com. We recommend playing either the UK National Lottery or the Euromillions lottery. While both lotteries require you to be a resident in either the United Kingdom or Europe, companies like www.uklotterylive.com and www.euromillionslive.com allow you to play through a syndicate as they are syndicate managers based in these countries.

Looks like they specifically INVITED one of their players, so not strictly spam. Since this participation is ILLEGAL under US law, and they KNEW this was a US based player (itself illegal (ish) maybe?), they have committed the offense (should it exist over there in some form) of soliciting another to participate in a criminal act. It would be a matter for the regulator of SkyVegas to determine as OK or not OK. SkyVegas suggests credibility through association with Sky, yet accepts US players:confused: This would be contrary to the rules for any EU regulated casino, even MALTA enforces this one:rolleyes: (Although I am sure I saw one slip the net for a while, called GoWild - Malta "licensed", yet accepting US players on their site, till this transgression was pointed out to them & they changed it).
