VegasHero is the third in the Genesis group and only launched at the end of 2017. Others are CC and Spinit.

No experience, as i don't have account with any of them, sorry. Considering the bad press I have read here at CM I wouldn't give them a single penny, but then that is just my opinion and does not imply they are totally bad.

I played at vegas hero. If you are Canadian or whatever, the playngo are in euro for some reason so watch our bet size. Not many providers either but I wanted to play some strictly MG and playngo thats why I tried.

I think in their terms it states you cant have accounts at different sister sites and claim the bonus.

Had a few decent cash outs from Spinit but pay out times were crap and customer services useless - verified and then told on day 3 that i wasn't...clock starts again. Heard that it's improved since i last played, so maybe has.

I checked most of their playngo slots and they are running the 94% model on all of them. I messed around on their MG slots and I am not sure if its possible but I am fairly certain these guys have a lower rtp on them too. All games were an absolute disaster while seeing how they played. I have seen cold spells before but this was just crazy. I did $3000 worth of spins on .80 and .90 and the rtp at the end was 62.1%

I've tried all fours sites and some more than once.. All slots are completely dead !! I don't remember any gameplay, in any session... There's no fun whatsoever.

I have been playing quite a bit at this casino groups' sites, and I'm absolutely pleased with them.

Their blackjack selection (which I mainly play) is good, and withdrawals have been approved afternoon after day of request for the most, despite being a winning player there since the first withdrawal.

When contacting their support they are informal and within politeness, however it shines through they want you to play back your winnings when theyr refer to "routine checks" for delays in withdrawals. Which I can live with as they offer self-control tools like deposit/wagering/etc limits (very well hidden on the sites).

Edit: EUR are IBAN and USD are Neteller. They seem to be processed at same time when both requested at same time. Neteller credited instant when processed
