Hi guys well i was playing at vegas towers the past couple off days on there sign up bonus and i new that i could cash in at any time and not full fill the wagering requirements.

But i have converted all bonus credits to cash so i sent a email asking them to make sure that i had so i could cash out my bonus and i was told i couldnt cash out any off the bonus.

Is it just me or have i missed something here? It clearly states on the terms and conditions about converting bonus credits to cash and even gives a percentage table for different games.

Here is the link to the terms and conditions if any one could spare me a minute or two and also the email that was sent as a reply.

Hi Timothy

Thank you for your email.

Timothy You are able to cash in your deposit and winnings at any point, but remember that the bonus amount always belongs to the casino. This means that the bonus amount will be subtracted from your first cash-in amount.

However, if your first cash-in amount is less than the bonus amount and there are further funds in your casino account, the cash-in amount will be removed, and the remainder (to make up the full bonus amount) will be subtracted from your casino account.

If there are no further funds in your casino account, the full cash-in amount will revert to the casino, and your account will be deemed to have reached a zero balance. Should a zero balance be reached on your account between the time of opening your account and the time of your first cash-in, the casino will write off the bonus awarded.

Reminder: Please can you add our e-mail address to your "Contacts list" in your mail box. This way we can make sure that you will be receiving all the e-mails being sent to you from the casino so that you will not miss out on any exciting promotions. If you would like to know more about this, please contact us and we will be able to assist you with this!!

Kind regards

Justin

The response that was given sounds pretty clear to me...

Are all your credits really in your cash balance (no bonus credits left to clear)? If so you should be able to withdraw no problem.

Hi the bonus didnt show up as bonus at the casino, And there was no playthrough in the cashier.

I dont think the response is right because as it says in the terms and conditions that you can convert bonus to cash.

plus this query dont make sense as you can cash out at any time, And if i did have a few credits to be wagerd i would off been told that in the reply because thats all i asked.> Are all your credits really in your cash balance (no bonus credits left to clear)? If so you should be able to withdraw no problem.

Thanks thou for your point off view.

14.Your Bonus Balance may not be withdrawn from your gaming account
17. As you meet the play-through / wagering requirement of the promotion bonus you received, your Bonus Balance will decreased in $10 increments and be added to your Cash Balance.
18. If you make a withdrawal, your Bonus Balance is reset to zero. This means that if you choose to withdraw any portion of your Cash Balance and you still have a Bonus Balance, your remaining Bonus Balance will be forfeit.
29. The minimum cash-in amount at Vegas Towers Online Casino is $50. The minimum value for a check to be sent is $30.

Good Luck

Cindy

Are you saying that, before you started wagering, the bonus was added to your cash balance and not your bonus balance? If so, that's not normal and that is their mistake. But if you have met the wagering requirements, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

What they mean when they say that the bonus cannot be withdrawn is that any positive amount in your bonus balance will be wiped out, and only your cash balance can be withdrawn. (Hover your mouse over the balance in the lobby to see the breakdown).

If you wagered 30x the bonus amount on slots, or a higher amount on other games according to their respective contributions, then the bonus would already have been transferred to your cash balance.

As it stands right now - how much was the bonus, how much did you wager (and on what games), and what is the current breakdown between your cash and bonus balances?

Hi thanks for the replys, What i actualy ment was in the email i sent them i asked one question.

1. Have i done my wagering on my bonus?

A. you cannot withdrawl the bonus credits.

Ok so i know some MG casinos who dont let you know your wagering in the cashier and thats why i think that the clear pay bonus system was showing all cash from the get go. And anouther reason could off been you can cashout at any time.

I just worried that i cant withdrawl the bonus, As i know for sure that i have wagerd the $1.5k play through as im an auto spin slot player and i can write my wagering down as i go. The email i sent them was a double check which is allways the thing to do.

I was just baffled by the reply they sent me as it did not answer my simple question or they did and you cant withdrawl even if you do the wagering but on the terms and conditions it says otherwise, So i came here for your opinions on this as you may well off played this promo too.

If your bonus balance is 0.00 then you should be able to withdraw your entire cash balance.

When they say "bonus" they are referring to whatever amount remains in your bonus balance. From their perspective, once it has been rolled over 30 times, it is no longer a bonus - it's cash.

yeah ok but if i ask them how much wagering do i have left why cant they answer that.

And comon guys why cant you address that! :p

I mean how else am i gonna know if i have done all the wagering for sure.

I know it usually takes FL a few hours to credit my bonuses. I hate that. You should deposit, wait for the bonus to be applied and then work on the rollover. That is what I try to do except usually when I deposit I want to gamble then and not wait.

Ok so i got through to live chat couldnt yesterday when i was online, And it seems like the sign up bonus cannot be converted to cash, Even know it looks like that in the terms and conditions. Ok heres my chat session that took about 5x longer than it looks.

Timothy : As you meet the play-through / wagering requirement of the promotion bonus you received, your Bonus Balance will decreased in 10 increments and be added to your Cash Balance.
Timothy : That no.17
Timothy : in the terms and conditions
Timothy : Lou?
Lou : When you make a withdrawal, all that will happen is the bonus will be removed again.
Timothy : So even know it says in the terms and conditions that you can convert bonus to cash by wagering 30xthe bonus you cant.

It was at zero when i started. and i gave three good reasons for that. :)

You also said in your first post that you already converted the bonus to cash.

I figured out what the issue is here: the $50 signup bonus they offer has no playthrough requirements, which is why they deposited it into your cash balance. Therefore you should be able to cash it all out.

The bonus balance will probably only be used for future/loyalty bonuses.

No i did not say that i had allready converted the bonus to cash, I said i done the wagering needed to convert the bonus to cash.

And i also gave three good reasons why the bonus showed up as cash. So i dont know how you just figured that out as i have allready said that.

And if you actualy looked at the terms and conditions and my posts you would actualy now know that you cannot cash out the bonus and when i make a cash out my bonus credits that i received will be set to zero even if i have done the wagering associated with it.

Not that any off that matters now as its all over and this thread has been one big mess, know one realy got what i was trying to say and most off the blame was on me i gues. :what:

If anything some members may know the deal now.

Best way to play this deal would be to max bet for your balance and try to hit it out the park from the off.

Yeah its not a bad deal its actualy kinda off a good thing, But its just not clear if at all in the terms and conditions that you cant convert bonus credits to cash.

And when my bonus showed up as cash well i have seen that before at jackpots in a flash MG i think and a few other MG casinos.
