Who's the contact for Vegas Red? I couldn't find them under the casino contacts and I have a friend who has sent in two forms of identification (one of which he had to go get) as well as a utility bill and they are still refusing to pay him because "his id doesn't match what other licenses from the area look like" which is absurd.
