Hello, i got some freespins with no deposit required on vegas palms casino and won like 6€.

I played a bit with minimum bets, i was aware of the max bet rule (in terms it says 15 % livechat said 30%)
anyways i played much and then i opened the game mystic dreams and also in the same moment i opened livechat to ask for my wagering requiments.
While writing to the chat i clicked on the SPACE button on my keyboard and suddenly it made a spin on mystric dreams with 3€ bet. On that spin i got freespins but only won 20 euro or something anyways.
It was 100% accidentally because it made the spin while i typed SPACE on the chat window. Im also not sure if it was during bonus because maybe i already did the wagering before that.
Anyways, i checked with livechat and they said i made wagering so i made 100€ withdrawal to skrill (same skrill which i also used to deposit before), i send all documents like passport pics and adress verification and skrill pics to the verification email.

Do you think vegas palms casino will cancel my withdrawal and delete my winning or do you think they will make an exception? Because it was 100% accidentally they can check history it was the first time i made a big bet , i only played minimum bets always. Also not everyone would tell it to support and many would try to hide it but i told it to the rep now maybe they can make an exception?

I also wrote a PM to the rep.

Thanks

Dunno, but you would have had higher chances if you had told live chat the moment it had happened, and stopped playing completely. Sometimes if you break max bet rule on accident and then ask the casino about it and wait on their answer, they might overlook the mistake. However if you keep playing and then win the casino, in my opinion, will be more inclined to deny the winnings due to the fact that you did in fact manage to clear wagering and win.

I would clear the wager anyways... Or maybe i even cleared the wager before the 3€ bet i dont know... i had over 150€ and some spins after that it was already shown as real money in the cashier. So no profit from that spin and max withdrawal as terms say is 100€ anyways for free bonuses.

Lmao it doesn't matter whether the spin gave you profit or not and whether you'd be able to clear wagering anyway. Rules are rules, and you broke them. In my opinion, as I stated before, you should've told the live chat that and then waited instead of playing onwards.

"21. Irregular Play is deemed when the casino detects unnatural player betting patterns. Irregular play includes, but is not limited to, any one or more of the following types of play:

Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 15% of the value of the bonus before the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met."

Irregular play my …… The rule is there to make sure there will be no withdrawal from bonus money. It is quite simple. They want you to make more than 500 bets. The solution is…… don’t take bonus money. Ever.

That's not true - the rule is there to stop "bonus abusers".
Nothing at all to do with trying to stop genuine players from winning.

I got 7 or 8 emails now from every casino from fortunelounge group saying my account is locked. I dont know why. Livechat doesnt give a reason.

fortunelounge rep asked me for adress email etc. i sent it to him.

thats the email:

Unfortunately, irregular activities have been taking place on your Vegas Palms casino account (Username) and it has been locked.

We are investigating the matter in order to determine if we can unlock the account. If this be possible we will inform you by email. You may receive an email requesting that you send us verification documents.

If you do not hear from us please be aware that we will not be reconsidering the status of your account and it will therefore remain locked.

This decision will only have been made after a thorough investigation has been completed.

If we determine that your account must remain locked any attempted withdrawals will not be processed and balances from winnings will be removed as per our terms and conditions.

got the same email from every other casino from the group... I send Passport + adress verification yesterday. I also deposited at some of the casinos.

The only thing i think is a problem is that i see that i have 2 accounts and casino la vida somehow... I got the email on 2 emails there so i guess i have 2 accounts there im not sure, if i have 2 accounts there it was accidentally i forgot that i have 1 ...

Why everybody that plays a 1.50 bet is a bonus abuser?
No, players who bet 50% or even 100% of their whole balance on one bet are "bonus abusers".

That's what used to happen. Then the casinos started bringing in these maximum bet rules - usually it's about 30% - so I do agree that the one in this case is exceptionally low.
Some casinos state a max $ and a % - which is more sensible for low-rollers.

Imagine a 30% bonus on 10 dep. That is 3 bonus. 15% of 3 = 0.45. So max bet would be 0.44.
I get it that bonus abusers are a big problem. Just saying:
1. This is not the way, better casinos have better rules.
2. Most casinos use bonus abusers as an excuse for rules that make withdrawal impossible.

The fortunelounge rep hasn`t answered after his first answer asking for email and username.

I contacted the livechat and they said all my accounts will remain closed because of multiple accounts. I have only 1 account at vegas palms casino, maybe i have accidentally made 2 accounts at other casino from this group but it has nothing to do with the casino i have my withdrawal on... But they allowed me to deposit and after i win they lock my accounts... I deposited at some of the casinos there.

So this is not fair or not because they shouldn`t take my deposits then...

I want my 100€ withdrawal and they can close the accounts i dont care but this is not correct... And if they dont send the 100€ i want ALL my deposits there back because they were not allowed to take them because if i would win they would lock the accounts anyways. And like i said on vegas palms where i have my withdrawal i only have this 1 account.

I will wait for the answer from the rep i hope i get my 100€ withdrawal atleast. And if not they should give my deposits from the casinos back.
