Sorry GC couldn't watch once Obama started speaking, so fake and annoying!

All leaders are becoming extremely tiresome to listen to, with their scripted ideas and impositions, it's funny to me that the current version of Trump is worse than the 2016 one but he's getting a much kinder press. Why didn't he go tariff mad back then as opposed to now?

I think that a lot of their agenda is dictated to them. Same in the UK and many other countries.

I feel quite sad for Russia because they deserve the right to be recognised for their contribution to the victory of WW2. Their contribution seen them lost about 84% of all total dead from the conflict and they where responsible for the vast majority of the German losses. Yet their contribution is totally ignored and we have Trump insisting that America won the war.
Not only that but a genocidal country not in Europe is allowed to play in Europe competitions and world events while Russia are banned.
Where is the justice?
 
Imagine the reaction if Mike Waltz was secretly putting China's interests ahead of of the US. Imagine the reaction, if Mike Waltz was secretly working for the benefit of Russia, instead of the US. People would scream. Rightly so, It's treason.

But, since he was just secretly working for Israel to try and help drag the US into fighting yet another middle eastern war, the penalty is an utterly heartbreaking demotion.

I would suggest that the only reason Trump humiliated South Africa was because they took Is rael to the International Court of Justice.

Might well be right, my dude. It had completely dissappeared from my memory that SA had decided to oppose Israels actions a while back. Can't remember what, but now you mention it, pretty sure the American government did something else that coincidently wasn't good for SA, coincidently straight after SA had made that statement.

An example of how corrupt American politics is. Lindey Grahams stay at a hotel in Ukraine cost over $400,000.
It is impossible to stay in the best room at the best hotel eating the best food and be taken everywhere in that city for so much. Even using security.
Who sanctioned these expences? Lindsey Graham who is the chairman of the budget commity.
It is no secret that I hate this warmonger. He was propably paid handsomely from Ukraine for attending from the corruption money funneled through that country.

I thought these two had kissed and made up, I don't know how Trump figures the US would save a fortune, whatever help Tesla gets is more than repaid through its exports and innovation projects, plus employing folk in highly skilled work, the indirect benefits that brings.

They could save a fortune through plenty of other ways I suspect, instead of using Doge, which I think Musk came up with, to target Elon.

He's honestly just proving he is a grifter and that's about it. He's clearly in power to make his pals rich, throw his ego around and that's basically it.

Everyone needs to think about this for about 10 seconds. There was an island where rapists and pedophiles frequented and there has not been one single charge laid in 6 years.

What is the reason for this? There is only one answer. Both democrats and republicans (and powerful ones) where there and it's being hidden to protect powerful politicians and celebs in order to protect the holier than thou image the US portrays.

Trumps reaction to a reporter asking a question about Epstein boiled my blood. He lied about most of the promises he made pre election and the people of America will not forget it.
The only thing he has now is the hope that he can sort out the economy and I suspect that will soon go down the pan too.
American politics needs reforming.

He's coming across very badly, trying to hide behind these deaths in Texas. Hopefully, the maga voters will see through him, but maybe that's too optimistic.

Edit: just to say, I feel like I've given him a fair chance, and not being a fair weather supporter, his arse licking of a man behind dropping high explosives onto children sheltering in tents is bad enough, it doesn't stop. Of course, he can and will throw out a bit of red meat or common sense from time to time to keep his base happy, and it's not hard to maintain a decent level of support given the standard of opposition in the form of the dems.

Reading some of comments of people on twitter who want Bondi fired but won't mention anything about Trump is laughable , he's her boss for God sake he makes the decisions not her The Right claim to be for Family, God, anti abortion, love Israel etc but stick their heads in the sand about Epstein running a blackmail/spy child sex ring . Difficult to tell what the general mood is in the US amongst maga/trump voters, I doubt it's better than when he won the election or dodged that bullet.

Has he got any tricks up his sleeve to provide a morale boost, I don't think anyone expected he would talk about taking Greenland and Canada into the US, and then trying to blackmail tariff the whole world within his first 12 weeks of office.

And they blocked the Epstein files in Congress the other day . There's something wrong when people protect pedophiles. I think in America, if it came out that Israel done 9/11 or shot Charlie Kirk ( im not saying they done either btw) they'd still support them .
