US political crisis

So trumps peace plan for ukraine is
  1. Ukraine can't join NATO for 20 years
  2. Freezing the current front lines, therefore gaining Putin territory and 3-4 million citizens.
It has been reported today that the Biden administration is rushing to get the last $6bn of military aid over to Ukraine before 20th Jan next year.

Europe and the UK will need to step up. Only issue we have now though is that the German Govt is collapsing and there will be elections come March in Germany - with several Kremlin leaning parties popular.

@mulven has that been reported today concerning Trump's much vaunted peace plan, as in has he said the same today?

As this has been widely reported for months leading up to the election that this is his 'plan'.

I'll never understand how Jenny from the block didn't win her the Presidency in all honesty. And that's before Kamala's pledge to give free weed to black men, a sure-fire winner in her mind 🤷‍♂️
Most people I like to think are bright enough to know when someone is acting. When I saw clips of that Jenny stuff I was like..oh hell no .. she standing up here using acting skills...which are shit btw.

People saying she was forced to because they know she was in on the pedophile stuff with Diddy.

BTW, where is everyones outrage in here about that? You wanna talk about Joe Rogan this, Elon Musk that but hello, these celebs were in long term relationships with a rapist, pedophile sicko. And if they werent, they attended his pedo sex parties and then standing up on stage with Kamala endorsing that party?

Ya Im gonna trust your judgement after being with a rapist and attending his party.

Seems like the democrat base just doesnt care about anything they do. As long as their "team" wins. Who cares. Rape, pedophile, transition children. Covers ears, close eyes and scream Trump is bad

WTF

@mulven has that been reported today concerning Trump's much vaunted peace plan, as in has he said the same today?
It's not direct from him, looks to be foreign policy advisors close to him. WSJ put out an article yesterday. Whether or not its exactly the same as what was said previously I'm not sure as I never heard about that plan to begin with.

Yeah alot of those debts werent agreed upon.

There was no contract between Trump and the cities. All the police bills that democrat/battle ground states tried to issue were not agreed upon. Trump never requested their presence, the city did it on their own to make sure there was public safety.

Should he pay? I dont know. The Fraternal Order of Police stated that its the state run governments who should foot the bill.

Most of these claims are from extremely democratic city councilors and government offices trying to attack and smear him.

Trump donated his white house salary plus more to numerous charities totaling over 3 million dollars as per his tax returns.

Joe Biden? $389 to charities for the past decade. The last couple years. 3.5% of their combined income to charities totalling 20k

Stop watching CNN, its not healthy.

Well, we'll see how your guy and his admin will fare the next 4 years.

I don't care what Trump or Biden donate to charity. That's not their job.

I rarely watch CNN. Stop being so arrogant about it, it's not the first time you use that as an "argument". Last time I let it slide but it's not necessary to get personal.

Stop watching CNN.

By all means dont let it slide.

You hop in and out of this thread posting total garbage and then when called out you say you dont care of this or that or you dont want to post.

Post what you want we all welcome it. But ill call people on it, im tired of you liberals passive aggressiveness and ignoring that the left is basically rapists and pedophiles but complain about fake made up garbage that CNN reports. You complain about RFK jr but not Jennifer Lopez who was practically married to a mass well known rapist and pedophile.

I saw that exact story you just said spread around CNN MSNBC and other liberal morons on twitter.

Of course you dont care about charity because it makes Trump look good. Youd rather spread some fake crap about debts owing. So dont have a hissy fit when you get called out on your bs. The whole point was why would Trump stiff companies for a few hundred thousands but then donate 3 million to charities. Went over your head I see.

Post the truth or get called on it. Thats it, thats all. I welcome you to do the same. This is a political thread, not a thread about walt disney world.

I'm not here to fight or throw shit and I simply expect the same behaviour. That's all.

Back on topic and once again: we'll see how the Trump admin will fare the next 4 years. Actually, the next 2 years until the next midterms will already be vital. The way of campaigning from the R's and who'll win those will tell us a lot about how the American people feel about the second Trump term.

I am lol

I have absolutely no problem laying into the right or left. No problem at all. Thats where we differ.

So is lockinlove happy Trump won? :p
Yes because I like cats.

Countries like norway have done a great job of being good capitalist country interwoven with socialist policies.
Scandinavian countries are great examples of how to implement social capitalist policy that benefits both the community and the individuals effectively and efficiently.

Marx, while a bit loose with the benefits of communism, has brilliant teachings on capitalism and has predicted almost exactly the state of capitalist countries today. Always amazes me to watch poor voters vote against their best interests but Reaganomics tricked the illiterate and uneducated before and continues to do so today. Two party political systems are terrible but again, people are historically good at voting against their best interests becoming single issue voters on issues that, frankly, they barely understand.

Anyone who watched nfl games on TV in the 80s and 90s will be very familiar with the name Pat Summerall, one half of a renowned commentating duo with John Madden.

Trump has just chosen Pat's daughter for his chief of staff, sounds like a good move to me.
They weren't just renowned, they were THE GOLD STANDARD partnership.

Listening to their commentary and in-game analysis on numerous NFC Championship games and a handful of Super Bowls in the 80s and 90s on Channel 4 was not only a treat, it was a privilege.

They were in the broadcast booth for the first Super Bowl to be screened live on UK television.
Super Bowl XVIII, Redskins (the defending champs) against the Raiders. January 22nd, 1984.
I was 11 at the time. And I sneaked into my mum and dad's bedroom to watch some of it on an old 14 inch black and white TV (we weren't exactly well off due to my dad (RIP) being (more than) a bit of a dipso!!!

That Super Bowl, Super Bowl XXI (when Lawrence Taylor and Bill Parcells (my favourite player and my favourite head coach) won the first of their two Super Bowl wins and the 1990 NFC Conference Championship (Giants at 49ers, the two time defending Super Bowl Champions, a game that some said was the greatest and most physically brutal NFL game ever played) were hands down some of the most enjoyable sports broadcasts I have ever seen. They got me hooked on the NFL, which I still love to this day.

Apologies for the derail, but you inadvertently activated my nostalgia chip.:)

Sounds quite similar to my nfl tv experience! I watched that 1990 nfc championship and recorded it on vhs as well. From memory:

LT as we call him got round the 49ers line and smashed into Joe Montana from behind, put him out of the game, steve young came in who was no slouch. The giants were already using their backup quarterback and I think they ground out a 17-13 win, something low scoring and close.

Then they faced the buffalo bills in the superbowl, which was a very memorable game and held out for a 20-19 win iirc.

The bills were a great team but went onto lose 4 superbowls in the space of about 5 seasons, always choking and throwing interceptions.

Bengals vs sf49ers was also a great superbowl, for some reason I always wanted the afc team to win (normally the underdogs in that era). The 2nd half kick off was returned for a touchdown, which was amazing seeing it live on tv, but the bengals lost as Joe Montana made a very long TD drive in the last part of the game.

I lost interest in the late 90s, think channel 4 ended their tv coverage.

Did see Bill Parcells take over at the new England patriots, got them to the superbowl but lost, was also pleased to see John Elway finally get a SB ring against a very good green bay packers, though thanks mainly to a superb running back.

Great memories, it's not the same game now sadly.

A few minor corrections there mate.....

The Bills actually lost four consecutive Super Bowls.

The final score was 15-13. Giants kicked 5 field goals, the last of them as time expired to deny the 49ers their shot at a threepeat.

It wasn't LT who nailed Montana, it was Leonard Marshall.
Montana was about to get tackled by LT, but side stepped him.
Unfortunately for him, that sidestep put him right in Marshall's path of pursuit and Marshall HIT THE BULLSEYE, right between the shoulder blades. A BRUTAL HIT. Watching it live, the delay felt like a lifetime.

When Montana finally got up and limped gingerly to the sidelines, he had the look of someone who had been flattened by a Sumo wrestler. He had his bell well and truly rung. Probably thought it was Wednesday and his surname was Vermont.

There was actually a little bit of a story behind that hit....

I once watched an episode of America's Game, a series about the 20 greatest Super Bowl Champions.

The 1990 NY Giants were one of those 20 teams. It featured Jeff Hostetler (the backup QB you spoke of), running back Otis Anderson and linebacker Carl Davis (a very underrated member of that awesome Giants defense of the 80s. I mean they were LOADED throughout the decade. Marshall, Davis, LT, Harry Carson, George Martin, Pepper Johnson, Steve DeOssie, Erik Howard, Jim Burt and Gary Reasons (going to include a vid of him that is a personal favourite).

Davis alluded to that hit being an act of retribution when Burt (whose number 64 on his jersey would stretch like fuck due to the insane amount of pads back then  ) landed on Hostetler's leg, temporarily putting him out of the game.*
That made the Giants defense proper angry, because it was their former teammate who did it and they thought it was deliberate.

* how he managed to actually recover, return to the game and lead them down the field for the winning field goal, I will never know.

Fast forward to 28 minutes 55 seconds of the video below....

I don't know if you have ever watched any of the America's Game episodes mack, but if you haven't, then
find some time to watch them. They are well worth spending time on. NFL Films know how to make great content.

Ironically, Jim Burt, when he was with the Giants, himself knocked Montana out of a playoff game in the 1986 playoffs. So he has direct involvement and indirect involvement in Montana getting taken out of a playoff game. Joe Cool must love him lol.

Everything else you said, I could not wholeheartedly agree more with.

And now that Gary Reasons vid. With the legendary Summerall and Madden in the booth. Good times :)

Nah, you lost me there. I thought Super Bowl was Diane Abbott's Rice Krispies breakfast. Oh well.

They were easy enough to spot beforehand. Yet thanks to their endeavours, they've just made it ten times easier. When spotting these unhinged broads, simply cross the road and call mental health services!

Well done gals! 👏

Do these fools not realise that imposing a sex ban means the next generation born will all be conservatives?

Just shows you the lengths people will go to for that tiny bit of validation on Social Media in that pursuit of clout. They get called stunning and brave for about the length of their video, which is about the length of their supposed sex ban.

Only length they won't be having is their hair, which you can bet your bottom dollar they regretted shearing off round about the time the adrenaline wore off! D'oh!

She was probably canceled by her daughter/son/he/she for one thought crime and is desperate to win her back.

And wtf is that hanging in their closset behind them?

Her...cough..."boyfriend" for the next...uhm...oh I dunno...4 years maybe?

And then JD Vance gets the nod 4 years from now and she realises "oh fuck, I've got 8 more years of this crap to endure", while she brushes the cobwebs off her lady garden....

She will need an industrial strimmer to tackle her lady garden by the time the Dems get a sniff of gaining power again

No idea if this guy in famous but the roll back of those who promised to leave America has began.

I think that I am going to be entertained for months by this election, transition and the roll out of new policies.
Especially by the astute political analists. And this dumb geordie bastard called it a landslide for Trump half an hour after the first polling closed

Thing is, these pseudo-voters/ emotive exhibitionists likely banked on a Democrat victory based off Kamala's initial coup and subsequent coronation, where it really did appear as though she might storm to victory.

Forgetting that things can turn on a dime at any point leading up to polling day, and likely also forgetting to actually vote, as to her it was pretty much a 'done deal' Trump would get trounced.

There's many key moments one could point to as to why that didn't transpire, but I'd imagine Kamala's 'not change anything, at the top of my head' comment in regards to her tenure, as well as Biden's 'garbage' gaffe may have sealed the deal, not to mention the drip-drip daily celebrity endorsements from billionaires.

Whatever the reasons, it seems like a lot of Democrat voters changed their mind when it came to the crunch. I take it by current day logic that they are now deemed to be 'Far-right Nazis' or some shit. Or maybe they've just lost their minds :D

People pay a sibscription for this shit?

Don't you know he is going to have to pay for OTHER PEOPLES therapy now?
Have some compassion for him at this difficult time.

Sad to see how many mentally ill people there are. A bit concerning too. Agree with goat, all this does is help men pick out the good from the bad. It saves men financially and emotionally from getting involved with these head cases.

There are 168 million woman in the USA. There are 165 million men. A couple thousand females doing this does absolutely nothing but point the finger at themselves as "non relationship worthy". So I am going to say the men of USA thank you very much for putting a sign on your chest that reads "stay away from me, I am crazy as hell"

Just adding to this. I do not think it helped when the mainstream media called Trump hitler, mussolini, rapist and said he will arrest everyone and put them in camps. They said plenty more of this type stuff over and over for months.

Who did this convince or encourage? Nobody but people on the far left/mentally ill.

The people in the center most likely turned off by it as most people have enough common sense to realize this is the media trying to use people for their own cause. Plus it makes one sit there when really thinking about it "Did Trump do any of that 4 years ago. No he didnt. Not at all. The media is lying to me. I dont like it"

They most likely saw Trump winning almost every single court case brought against him pretty easily. They were promised Trump would be in jail for being a Russian agent. When they saw the investigation by Muller proved Trump completely innocent...well...common sense tells a normal person that the left is rogue acting with their own agenda.

The media went full retard and most likely harmed this election for the left.

I think that her inability to answer questions relating to policy and replying to every question with word salad and uttering shit like "what has been will be the same on the sunday after your haircut" or whatever plus stating that she would change nothing from the past 4 years cooked her goose.

Folk wanted to hear clear answers and detailed policy changes that would get the country back on track.
And throwing taxpayer money on wars and expecting those thats family and friends who are/where killed back in their motherland or region of origin to vote for her was too much to ask.
It really was as if the Dems wanted to lose.
And Joe put on a good show of mental decline to avoid prosecution for his various crimes while insisting Trump be prosecuted left right and centre on the flimseyest of evidence.

Plus Trump had a clear plan for economic growth and stability, the climate bollix and a road to bring peace around the world

One more thing that I suspect is true is that those who struggled to be heard or felt it difficult to find a home to hang their hat on where given a club to join with the woke movement.

Those that manifested into self harmers ,those that developed eating disorders, those who felt isolated, those who felt unworthy for whatever reason found a common cause with wokism and it was aided by the media and governments as a political tool.

David Lammy is an absolute joke, called Trump everything under the sun a few years back, now just wants to just wave it all away as yesterday's news and because 'everyone did it'.

Trump is too kind hearted in a way, already gave Lammy a double serving of chicken when they met a few months back.

If he was a cruel b as painted, he would have got out the quote tweets just as david started to eat his dinner!

"women's rights for their body. that's what it all comes down to."

I wonder how many of these tards with tits, not to mention the tards with the fake vaginas and tits, voted with only this reason in mind?
Probably as many of them that wanted me dead 3 years ago because I decided I I'd prefer notto inject myself with some random poisons.
Dumbasses. Dumbasses everywhere.
