This was the most frustrating chat session I’ve ever had. I used the first two coupon codes for the Spring Kick-off which worked fine - went to claim the free $100 chip and the code doesn't work. After 30 minutes in chat I now have a $100 bonus in my account with a 60x playthrough which is ridiculous. I felt like I was talking in circles. I haven't used the bonus yet, I'm trying to decide whether to wait on a "shift change" and talk to someone else. I was amazed when she kept saying the codes were not valid. So heads up, if these are promos you usually take they may not work for you and good luck trying to make em!

They Fixed It

Ah, I just logged in and they had reversed the 60x playthrough $100 and when I tried the bonus code this time it worked. Someone somewhere had no idea what was going on but thankfully they got it fixed and I'm good to go to lose the free $100 at 40x instead of 60x!

After all that messing around and figuring I'd lose that $100 pretty quick - I just requested my payout of $500!

So I guess that 30 minutes was WORTH IT! Thanks Uptown!

It doesn't happen often (getting through 40x playthrough) but when it does, YAY!

Buckeyes are everywhere here. A little too rich for me but my husband could eat 30 at a time! Major peanut butter!
