Let me start my rant by saying I was always a huge fan and supporter of iNetBet in many treads on this forum. I only gamble there, lucky red and 3dice. I guess my days with iNetBet are over

last week i won 700 and made a check withdrawal. All of sudden, I am receiving this in my mailbox
From: support@mail.inetbet.com
Subject: Your account withdrawal

Dear ******,

Your Express Check withdrawal has been approved and initiated to be sent out today.

If you would like to track this the tracking number and link will be available within about 5 to 7 working days (simply mail support).

Please allow 7 to 14 working days for this to be delivered via Fed Ex courier.

May we thank you for choosing iNetBet, we really appreciate you making us your number one choice.

Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support at support@inetbet.com

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Kind regards.
CSR Lynn
iNetBet Accounts department.

so all of a sudden, instead of 2-3 days for tracking and 5-7 days for delivery it went up to 7-14. I asked them and apparently this is new timing for those withdrawals. While i think it would be nice to inform players about timing change, I might find this understandable with USA regulations issues.

However, i won on Tuesday and made two withdrawals of 250 each to OKPAY. withdrawals was made at midnight or a little over, lets say 1AM Wednesday (the reason i am saying Tuesday because i am on Pacific time)

According to the email below I received back in February in response to my question about withdrawals time to OKPAY, I am fully expecting first of two to be processed during the day on Wednesday.

No it will be done within the normal time, within 6 to 12 hours.

I did not get paid. When I questioned them, the response was:

Dear ****
I thought we answered your question, sorry if I was not clearer for you.
We have never said we would process your withdrawals within 12 hours, we have said to everyone we endeavour to get withdrawals to wallets within 12 hours, you are in the US and this is difficult to sustain with continuing restrictions being placed on us by processors.
Your withdrawal this time took 26 hours, 2 hours outside our advertised time, sorry about that but we were busy with a lot of payouts.
Kind regards
CSR Brian

To conclude, times all of sudden changed. No information to "VIP" and others provided. Attitude "take it or leave it". And please someone explain this line to me: we have said to everyone we endeavour to get withdrawals to wallets within 12 hours, you are in the US and this is difficult to sustain with continuing restrictions being placed on us by processors.

How in the world, OKPAY withdrawal related to the fact that I am in USA?

Sorry for very long post, but I don't think those actions work well for accredited casino. Please note, I am doing pretty well in this casino, I am winning fair amount and having fun with playing time. I am depositing daily, multiple times and I don't understand why would you treat customer like that.

Same ole story with them, this is why I stopped playing there and asked my account to be closed ( which they never did), totally rude and disrespectful customer service.

It's still mind boggling people keep playing there and they are still accredited here!

With all the recent threads about US players being given 'short' answers, longer delays and more excuses I get the feeling that many are getting ready to exit the US market and are not that concerned about players here.

With some States legalizing on-line gaming and many more considering it, and all the related regulation, the US market is probably going to be a dead end for many of these casinos and will probably put quite a few of them out of business.

It was made clear that any casinos catering to US customers after passage of the UIGEA would not be welcome back or would face stiff scrutiny if on-line gambling was ever permitted here again. I believe that is why the biggies pulled out right away, to preserve their welcome back at a future time.

Well, that time is coming fast.

I imagine the situation (delays, excuses) will get a lot worse before it gets better, but it will get better.

Personally, I am sticking to 3Dice and my local B&M casinos till we get all our ducks in a row.

I could not say better then you did:)
great points, I will stick to 3Dice I guess. after giving multiple chances for excuses, delays, no response to emails or questions, stupid regulations, tricky bonus rules, etc. I think its time to just give up. Its simply not worth it anymore

There have been numerous threads posted over the last month or so regarding Inetbet's terrible customer service. So this thread comes as no surprise. I'm just happy to see you paid :)

I used to be a big fan of Inetbet. Wasn't until they voided my first withdrawal that I came to the same conclusion as yourself. Wasn't so much that they voided a small withdrawal but more the slew of issues that I encountered along the way.

IMPO vote with you're feet :)

Ignorance is bliss ;)

I'm not a US player, but Inetbet has done little to retain me. I got the dreaded you only take bonuses (not true as I pointed out in my response) and if you don't change, we'll restrict your bonuses letter.

Had a withdrawal that was tardy, with a polite enough response when I asked.

Took a bonus and then did get restricted from promotions.

Made some small bonus free deposits, still got a manager's bonus which was appreciated, and played again, and got another (means you are in a losing position, I've gone months at a time without one).

Read about another canadian player with a weekend delay. More bonus cutoffs (and I'm far from lifetime ahead). I haven't closed my account, and I do retain a certain amount of trust in the casino.

But without bonuses, live support or keeping to your stated payout timeframes....

What is Inetbet offering me?

Well,I made a few cashouts, way less than my deposits.

I guess they don't feel they need to offer me much.

Right back atcha

This exactly ↑ (Saved me a bit of typing)

Reason being some others have not experienced their appalling mistreatment. In addition, the cashier pays out like clockwork and this has helped win over the minds of many. Only when many more players experience their rudeness will the forum be filled with 'nayers' and cry out for removal of the accreditation.

Have you been paid yet Pobeda?

I am waiting for the check. But that's the thing, I am absolutely sure I will get paid, that's not the point. All I am trying to say, casino must share the information with players, updates and such. We all know how difficult it is to work with US customers. but that is same situation for us. Problems depositing, nervous to get your money, etc.
Communication is the key, and iNetBet simply lacking this.

I will keep you posted of course, but I am 100% sure there will be no problem.

EDIT: to be fair, I have to say, I never has one issue where iNetBet would not pay me. the rest is up to them (support, communication and attitude towards customers)

My last withdrawal from iNetBet didn't go very smoothly either.

I made 2 withdrawals, check and $250 OKPay. Waited 24 hrs. and then emailed CS to see why nothing had happened with either. Got email back saying I needed to send in verification on CC used. Now I had already sent in the verification on this card several months ago and had made numerous deposits with it. Also had to send in OKPay info. which I had just got a withdrawal paid to the week before. Verification had been sent in months ago for it also.

Long story short, played back the check withdrawal but did manage to get the OKPay withdrawal after 4 days or so.

And I got some snippy emails back from them too.

Not on top of my list.

I've had worse. They requested a month ago or so verification for the card. I told them they already approved that card. After email back and forth they finally admitted, and call it "simple human mistake". Of course, I had to wait a couple of days to clear that "simple human mistakes". No need to mention that no apology was issued.
Makes me a bit irritated that both iNetBet Promos and emily_hanson users checked this tread and did not find any reason to respond/reply/clarify

Again, no doubt that there not many casinos for USA player that will pay you without doubt, but support and communication is just terrible. As a business owner, I should say I would fire instantly the whole staff for this kind of attitude towards customer

When regular customers who don't worry about not getting paid getting irked with their customer service especially their attitude the casino has a serious problem in its hands.

Not responding to threads seems to be the norm for Inetbet so unfortunately i wouldn't hold youre breath :( Inetbet does seem to pay players as chu said, like clockwork so kudos to them for that (although anniemac had countless problems with her withdrawals).

However i cant help thinking that considering all these recent threads that's obviously not enough for a casino that has an 8.9 rating on CM bearing in mind 32 Red (who have received countless awards) is only a couple of fractions higher. I must admit i'm a little confused by inetbet's rating and i dont think it sends the right message to the other casinos on the accredited list... That's just my opinion.

I would really like to see inetbet being more productive and getting live chat and good customer service for their players but even more so their us players (who are very much restricted on the casinos they are able to play at). You will have a blast once the us reopens their doors: 32 Red, Redbet, etc... casinos who know how to treat their customers :)

If Inetbet never got live customer service, I don't think they ever will. After U.S. regulates online gaming, the only reason they would do anything like that would be just to survive. Most of these casinos probably know their fate and are just keeping their heads above water for now (not all of them). The deposits are probably really thinning out by now and just too many roadblocks.

I read that NJ should have their online gaming ready by Nov 2013. The Borgata may team up with bwin.party which has alot of great games. Pennsylvania is trying very hard to get online gambling bill of their own passed. If the tri-state area has online gambling, I doubt many of the players would play at places like Inetbet anymore. Just my opinion, but having an electronic funds transfer from a casino like the sands or harrahs would make me feel alot better than waiting 14 days for Inetbet.
