Good evening guys, So i was searching around looking for a site that i can take a deposit bonus, I found Untold Casino and decided to sign up.
I have made a deposit after making sure there is a UK Licence, however upon making the deposit none of the slots or roulette or any games will load, all giving me the error that we do not accept bets from the UK!

There is nobody on live chat and weirdly there is nowhere on the site i can try to withdrawal my deposit!

Anyoone have any experience with these guys - Viral Interactive Limited

Cheers

Right, they do have a UKGC licence, their main licence is Viral Technology (Fantasybet.com) and have these White Labels: luckycasino.com, m.fantasybet.com, onebet.com,redarmybet.com,ahacasino.com,fansbet.com,mobocasino.com,redsbet.com,untoldcasino.com (swedenbet is pending)

So it's White Label and on the UKGC list so they SHOULD be accepting your bets from the UK - I don't know much about this group though, maybe someone else can help out with their experiences.

Yeah thats right, i did check beforehand on Gambling Commission Website as i usually do, I've never come across anything like this before! Luckily i only made a small deposit of £30 to try them out. Very odd though. Hopefully someone may know a little bit more

Just spoke with a manager on Skype and all NetEnt and Play 'n Go games are licensed for UK players and should work fine.

At this time, NYX, Yggdrasil and Microgaming (inc Big Time Gaming) will not work. This has always been the case across Viral sites for some reason

Well accessing from a UK IP I see all those games, so my opinion is they are dodgy. People create accounts based on what they see, I wouldn't be happy if I made a deposit and those providers were blocked. It's very easy to hide them from UK IP's so any site that doesn't is clearly trying to con people into signing up.

Yeah, awful experience to be honest, i signed up to play BTG slots and basically had to play Netent crap! False advertising isn't it. Ah well account now, lesson learned - don't play on unhead of sites because there is a reason they are unheard of lol

So signed up with this casino after a break from gambling. After a while set a deposit limit of £10. A few weeks later wanted to reset this but could not manage this on their tools section. I went on to chat and asked about lifting the limits. No questions asked the limits were removed instantly. Thousands of pounds spent in a matter of hours. No questions asked. When I enquired the following day feeling I should of been prvided with the obligotory 24 hr lapse before limits lifted as per UKGC licence and Malta licence was met with arrogance and told a lift on all limits did not constitute an increase! Unbelievable breach of their licence regulations. Needless to say I am reporting them and may even see if I can instruct a solicitor as this is such a black and white case. I have the chat scripts. I would say that any casino with this attitude to their responsible gambling obligations are not to be trusted.

I don't like to be judgemental - but you REALLY need to find a way to stop all gambling and maybe seek professional help...

I accept that as a valid point. However, there are regulations in place such as the 24hr cooling off period for a very good reason. If you have a UKGC licence it is not a choice whether or not you adhere to those regulations rather a requirement for your licence. It is unacceptable when questioned on a breach of those rules to respond with sarcasm and rudeness and a 'don't care' attitude. It is also unacceptable to state that a complete lifting of limits is not an increase. Do you think also that those who have self excluded and been allowed to continue gambling should just forget about it with no recourse to the casino ? If so, there is no point in having any licences with regards to any responsible gambling regulations. The regulations are there due to extensive data showing they work if implemented. If I had thought about things for those 24 hours I definately would not have gambled that much. I only wanted to increase my limit not make them infinite right there and then. The point is that if a casino is not bothered about those regulations and gives that sort of response then you will probably find other problems with their integrity.

However, I have since had an email from the management who has at least apologized and will deal with my complaint. if it is not concluded to my satisfaction I will of course go throught he relevant complaint procedure including notifying the UKGC.

My experience with Untold casino has not been good. They promised me a bonus back on my second deposit if I made a loss, which I did. They failed to honour the bonus back and now seven weeks later, when I try to login a message appears saying "We are sorry to inform you, that your country has been blacklisted." I am from the UK. Strangely, they still have the Gambling Commission logo on their homepage.
