Sorry i made a withdrawal which was verified 15th jan. All wins casino. I have wasted so many hrs on live chat allso emailed to mostly no response. 1 live chat then told me they voided my withdrawal then like all live chats ended it. I have been told its been paid to a my credit card (12 numbers long)any card is 16 numbers long. which when withdrawing i was only given the choice of a different card being my visa. Please can you help its €100 its the point its my money and they are with holding it giving me different excuses.

It's a Curacao licensed casino which is not supposed to take UK players.

Why would you register at such places?

I highly doubt you will ever see that money, sorry.

Thanks for replying as i self excluded myself from most sites i was able to join this site stupidly i did thats a lesson for future people who are trying to beat gambling troubles. Casinos with no UK license can provide really shitty service for UK players registered in Gamstop who especially find these casinos under not so great licenses, only places where you are able to play when Gamstop excluded.

Hope people read about these bad experiences and avoid these places as it's not real gambling anymore when your change of withdraw your legit winnings start to be 50%

I would install BetBlocker on all your devices as that will stop you from accessing most gambling sites.
