Hello!

It is primarily intended to alert the new players to participate in gaming company Unibet, i believe that it can be a big mistake.

i played at the casino at Unibet.com, i had an account 3 months back wich i had closed myself (because i thought played to much) well one day i decideed to open a new account, i knew that multiple accounts wasnt allowd but the other i had was closed for 6 months, that couldnt harm anyone? so i managed to play and make a deposit, wich i thought wouldnt be able since i had "multiple accounts"

I went and played at the Casino, so suddenly I won, profits were way up in the 24 202 KR (about 2400 euros) ! as I am only a high school student so of course I felt this tremendous profit! I made a direct withdraw and waited for the money would come.

The day after I noticed that my account was locked, I contacted Unibet support and they said that they needed to force ID card, birth certificate and an invalid credit card statement, I asked why I would send them, and they told me it simply was too I would verify my account and that I could make my big payout. I sent them and waited for an answer.

They each accepted, and I asked if I could make my withdraw and they told me that I had to wait for my lock I have on my other account at six months had gone up, a bit disappointed that I was so I asked when this would be . He said it would be the 18th May, which I am very happy every since I take exam on 4th June and need money for a costume and so on.
I asked for safety's sake "Per" sitting on their support if I could get my winnings paid (which was about 23 802 SEK) and he said it, you'll get them, dont worry.

Days passed, and I was still a bit worried about my gains would actually be paid, as I opened two accounts, so I asked again and then he said it was safe. Just when he wrote this so I took a "Print Screen on your computer (an image) as I'd like a bidligt evidence that he promised money if it would show up future problems.

Days passed and I booked a trip with my friend, where he laid out the money because he knew I would get them back in May(he saw all the promises and my winnings). I stopped working much on the job when I knew that 24 000 SEK be enough for my exam, and travel throughout the summer.

Today is the 17th May and I've just been told that my win will not be cashed, Unibet says I received the wrong information and apologize for it, and what I try to argue, that for instance, I have figuratively evidence that they say that it does not matter what I say.

Now I have £ 0 in my account, a journey that I have to pay and all my exam + more .
I hope that people take lessons from what they might be exposed to.

Of course more information can be sent if you like it!

Thanks in advance

First of all you can contact their rep here:

https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/

Send them a private message!

All Casinomeister accredited casinos have casino reps which players first contact when in trouble. That's the way it goes.:)

EDIT:

I don't like this comment at all. Players who follow the simple rules about multiple accounts probably don't mess it up.

This problem is first about you opened multiple accounts, not about Unibet as a casino or bookmaker.

I can't see that ANY casino would allow players with multiple accounts.

Dis you take or receive a welcome bonus when you opened your second account?

This is the main problem about opening more than one account.

If you did, you can probably not receive your money.:(

They almost always do this when it comes to new players wanting to withdraw over 1000€
But they mean valid, not invalid credit card statement.

You opened your 2nd account before they told you it did not matter if you have a second account so they are within their rights not to let you have your winnings. However, if you had not taken the same bonus for both accounts, I think you should still have a case because at least it is not bonus abuse.

Good to hear.

Even if we have asked questions it most probably is smart not to write too much in this thread before you have received more answers from their rep.

I hope you will receive your money.

I have been a customer at Unibet for 10 years and I am happy with them.

Thanks! im brand new to this forum.
Do they answer? since the support at Unibet wont answer to me at all.

They have to answer you, they are an accredited casino.

If you are in high school you should not be playing in the casinos. Once they check your age and if you are under age I would think they would have no choice but to return your deposit and close your accounts permanently.

He could still be of legal age in his country.

A quick google tells me gambling age in Sweden is 18. 18 year olds in high school are rare in these parts. But every country is different I guess.

My guess is that the OP means gymnasium, not high school. Graduating gymnasium students are virtually always at least 18 years of age.
