with the demise of isis and supe it up no longer allowed in the uk i found another game i like captain venture, been playing it for quite a while, now today log into unibet and game is not allowed what does that mean, so checked on novibet and it plays ok.so im looking for live chat on unibet to find out why and cannot find it anyone know where it is?????.

just tried that and when i want to click on contact us it highlights live chat button and does the same when i go to click that it goes to contact us.do they not want people to go onto chat???

just reloaded unibet and i have £100 bonus and a pop up for verification, which will take up 48 hours and the free spins bonus 30 on book of dead expires on the 30th, and i cannot play the £100 on any games till verified.

i can see what you have done but when i go onto contact it greys out and livechat button go s grey and vice versa. not going to bother anyway i dont do verification requests as i find them too intrusive,plus i have no withdrawals pending.

Thanks to this thread I actually managed to find the link for Live Chat.... Wow, what a waste of time that was!
I have free spins on Bison Bonanza and it won't load, stuck at 99%. Did all the usual cookies, cache, log out, other device etc before. Chat was, details - does it work now?, clear cache etc - does it work now? loads for me - Does it work now? send me a screenshot - Does it work now? Sorry but it works for me so not our problem. I can see why it's called live chat and not live help.
