Unibet Casino deposits

joined unibet yesterday deposited ok, today sunday deposited and not showing after 30 minutes,now its saying in busy periods it may take a few hours, that is ridiculous.anyone had this before.

Nope, noticed a day in crediting (quite often ish) in the likes of Novibet and 21 Casino especially (21 was sometimes an hour, Novibet 30 mins), but not Unibet (use Paypal there as well)

Don't see how a 'busy period' affects the ability to credit into your balance - that's a new one to me.

PS i just deposited at Unibet 30mins ago and no issue.

been trying to find live chat it just keeps going round in circles to community chat, when i click on chat thats where it takes you, 1 hour 15 mins still not showing. i dont think i will be making anymore deposits here again.

Yeah, i think i went looking for the live chat button and couldn't find it - it takes you to 'Community' - probably been designed like that on purpose to stop people contacting them

just sent them an email what a palaver in this electronic age, why do they not have live chat.

nearly 3 hours now just sent private message to unibet rep. if you go too there chat forum loads of punters are haveing this problem. not even had response from email either, how thet get a high rating i do not understand.

They have a live-chat, they are just good at hiding it.

your not kidding its not obvious,found it and now sorted bank had tech fault deposit now showing and being lost ha ha
