Not so long ago I posted a thread about how casinos need to be accountable for tech problems. Last week I sent a screenshot of a tech error that arose playing the battle at VS. I wont get into the error, to me it was a big error, but it's irrelevant to this post. I have been waiting since last week for the outcome. I keep getting " it's under investigation", so today I went on chat and spoke with Elin, I asked her at what point do you guys as a casino say " ok this is taking a long time". Her reply was ' There is no time limit on an investigation". Really??????? I didn't misunderstand her. So basically it can go on forever. This way they are not held accountable for any tech problems on their end. You're damn straight, if it was on my end. I would be told in a matter of hours. I know, I've had it happen! I won't go to Dan because what is he going to do? So VS. Here's a big ..........
