Does anyone have the contact details of a solicitor specialising in online gambling? Preferably London based.

I'm a bit behind the curve, but this is over the Betfair Happy Hour issue - so a solicitor who knows about that case would be even better.

Wasn't there a class action suit about that? I may be confusing them with a different casino, but maybe check with jetset to be sure. He'd probably know if there was something ongoing already at least.

Never had any reason to use them but I have been impressed with this lots online summaries of UK legal and legislative issues

If it was money no object then that is the firm I'd ask first but as a big London firm I doubt they would be cheap and they advise firms not individuals so they may not want to deal with a non corporate, if not they might at least know who else might want the business.

TBH I think you are on a hiding to nothing on the BetFair happy hour thing but this is the firm I'd look at first if I had some startling new remote gambling concept to protect and had hopes of needing corporate legal advice...

tbh i suspect it will be ts and cs crap allowing threm to cancel but whilst the smalls claims court has led to settlements I would be reluctant to spend on specialist advice on this issue.

It was a disgrace but....

At the time gambling debts were enforceable in the UK and if his money was removed from the UK regulated wallet he is a slam dunk to be paid.
