Hi All,
I was informed today that withdrawals I have had approved at Rushmore Casino are having issues from their third-party processor reaching Bank of America accounts. They are also having issues reaching Chase accounts. If I need to open up another account to receive my withdrawals, does anyone have suggestions for Bank accounts with SWIFT #s that will not have issues receiving funds? Preferably one that can be joined online fairly simply?

Thanks,

Joseph

First off, they should not have problems sending money to chase or bank of america. These are huge banks and probably get thousands of wires per day. I hate to assume anything but if they are saying they are having a problem with those two banks, maybe the processor does not want exposure to those large banks ?
In terms of setting up a bank account online, I have never heard of that. Normally you need to go into the bank with your ID. I wouldnt go rush to open new accounts. I would double check that they have all your information correct for sending the wire. You need to make sure they have the correct routing #, account #, and the name on the account, If they request a swift # then that also.

I set up my Bank of America account a few weeks ago, specifically to receive withdrawals. It was a very easy online process. Everything is going electronic these days, so you don't necessarily have to go to a Brick and Mortar.

I think I read in another forum thread that Bank of America refuses wires coming in from suspected online gaming, etc. All the information I gave was correct, and I won't be getting wire transfers to that account. So, I need an online bank account that people have had no issues with incoming wire transfers from gaming facilities that also have a SWIFT #.

USBank has been nothing but great for me. I think you can even register for an account over the Web if you don't have a local branch.

Rushmore has already completed my withdrawal to my Wells Fargo Bank. They did need a swift code which I googled and sent to them.

Chase long ago refused to deal with Internet Gambling acc'ts (I got refused quite bluntly). I don't know about Bank of America, but with their "financial problems" I wouldn't hold out too much hope.

Good Luck

Yes a lot of the banks refuse to deal with gambling transaction on the end of running charges to the casino, in terms of incoming money the processor should not be giving indication that the money they are wiring is for gambling winnings.

I had to fill out application, send in normal ID stuff and make a deposit, which if I remember correctly can be done online also.

The only thing they ever question, and they will call you, is for debit card charges, some gambling, some have been just normal stuff. They will call and you have to OK the charge but they are certainly not nosy. :D Got a wire from CW and they didn't even charge me a wire fee.

I just received a notice from Chase regarding my new debit card and NOT doing gambling transactions was something I'm suppose to 'agree' to now. They've never told me that before in person or mail. I figure that was a pretty clear message and I if I remember correctly  it said incoming and outgoing. That was my last working option so that's it I guess. For now. :(

Even though the processor may indicate that they are sending a refund for exotic Italian shoes, if the processor has been 'made' (found out, spotted, reported) as a gambling processor, transactions may be blocked. Processors also sometimes do a runner when the heat is on. Processors sometimes get arrested, thrown in jail, all assets seized (whether they were purchased with 'ill gotten gains' or not), all bank accounts frozen, etc., etc., etc.

Just because things have been a bit 'quiet' lately, doesn't mean the DOJ and Feds are on vacation, or that the banks are asleep at the wheel.

Rushnmore needs a new processor because.......

this should have been posted in America the Beutiful. Read my comments regarding Rushmore posted there.

Footdr,

You mean the whole thread or what you were posting should be in America the Beautiful? I thought this was a closed area too. If not, maybe Max can move it for us.

I agree totally, Mousey. I do know I have read here and there at least over the last year about "processors" being accused of illegal money transferring of gambling funds. Not every one of them made the front page either.

Everyone needs to be really careful with keeping their gambling accounts separate from their everyday living in real life accounts. Hopefully some day we will be able to "come out" and have our fun without this constant headache and whisper in the back of the brain saying Danger, Danger, every time we are lucky enough to win money!!!

Until then I try to be very selective with my deposits going to a very few trusted casinos. I have never not been paid in all my years on line and I am trying for a perfect record! :D
