Trying to close an account

Club Gold Casino is not a place for me. I have never made a deposit so I thought I should close the account and forget the casino existed.
I asked it to be permanently closed of course.

The first reply I got was this email

I replied back and said that I didn't understand really, and that I didn't want it suspended for a week or 6 months. I wanted it totally closed. I suspected to get an email that confirmed that. Instead I got this.

I have again sent a mail asking what they are talking about and what time frame?:eek2:

I'm so glad I'm not closing it because of gambling problems, and I hope they take those players more seriously.

For me it's starting to feel like a fun challenge to see if it will be suspended or closed:D

I already got a reply back that they did understand that I wanted my account closed.

It's probably mails they send out automaticly about chosing timeframe.
I have nothing against Club Gold. I know many like the casino, but this way to handle players who want's their accounts closed maybe can be questioned.

I don't know how others are doing it, but after the other thread about accountclosing I really feel confused on what the best way is to do it.
Well, my account is closed, but if someone have any opinions they are welcome.;)
 
It's good to hear you were successful in closing your account, unlike the unfortunate member in the other post recently.

But, probably next week you'll be back telling us about the amazing bonus offer they've given you to re-open your account ;)
 
Yeah probably :oops:

The thing is that I don't use bonuses that much, so maybe it would be stupid to start with that now.

The reason I closed my account was that I was tired of all the mails they are sending every week with bonusoffers.
...they didn't offer me anything to make me stay. Strange:eek:
