Trustly Withdrawals and the UKGC

Hi All,

Recently deposited on Kaboo and 32Red via Trustly, which I like because it's instant and free, and then came to withdraw and Trustly was not an option. 32Red I didnt question too much as was first time withdrawing but when I asked Kaboo they said it's no longer an option due to new UKGC legislation.

Has anyone else had the same issues lately or can anyone help shed any light on this?

I withdrew using trustly a couple of days ago from LV Bet so still working there (or was)

@Mark_32Red could you say why trustly has been removed, is it due to what Kaboo state?

This'll be due to the changes in KYC.

If they've fully verified the bank you're withdrawing to via Trustly, I can't see why there would be an issue.

Thanks @colinsunderland I was not sure to ask the rep or community first but I guess a rep is best placed to answer. I asked Kaboo if it was personal and they said no.

I've done Trustly from Kaboo a few times before and just thought 32red may operate that way.

Kaboo gave me a 3rd, more plausible reason for removing Trustly as a withdrawal option - it was a business decision. They will still allow you to deposit using Trustly and would like customers to use their standard bank transfer when asked about withdrawing to the same method.

We have no plans to remove any payment methods at this current moment. So rest assured, Trustly is still working for us
