Trustly , rating please

Could any of the readership share their experiences of trustly please? It seems to be a popular option and with the removal of neteller / skrill at a lot of places one I was going to try but some of the reviews on the web are horrendous but then again I don’t know the standing of the reviewers so if you’ve used it maybe you could comment on your experience

I have used it on numerous occasions and its always been instant, however the last 2 withdrawals have been delayed by a couple of hours and look at trustpilot they have been getting a few bad reviews lately with money being delayed sometimes for weeks

Hmm I like the idea of this. Like that ugly girl at a party, I've seen it around but never really fancied having a go on it, but from what I read I like the 'instant verification' aspect of it. But then why wouldn't it be, given it's direct to your bank account

I think you still have to verify your bank account. At least I had to.

Don’t think i needed to - but then again Slotsmillion, due to them not being able to process back to card, told me to use Trustly to withdraw (not that it prob makes a diff)

I know what you mean. It takes a few minutes that you could have used for other fun things instead

Trustly is great as you will have the money in your account almost instantly, I had a few issues where it has not arrived after 12 hours, but contacting CS (in this case Rizk) they sorted it out and it was in my account the same day.

I'm afraid the verification process is the same (bank statement & proof of ID would be required for new Trustly withdrawals).

I love it, we've had it at Trada for a few months and its so hassle free. Money instantly in your bank once we hit 'process' - about time too.

I made a deposit using paysafe and won a little so was stuck for the best way to withdraw.
I saw Trustly and decided to give it a go.
I had to verify the bank account with a screenshot of account number and name and address. After that was approved, money was in my account instantly!

slow but works ok for me, bit apprehensive to start with as you need to use your login details, but it is encrypted, and so far its worked smoothly for me.

It seems that they are really slow now. However i personally had no problem with them. I only used trustly with videoslots and it was in my account in a few hours. My girl is waiting three days now however and still got nothing. Maybe trustly got some deals with different casinos.
