Hi all,
I am relatively new to the online casino scene seeing as I live in the US and didn’t even know it was legal. I’ve tried a few of the major ones such as Bovada and found their slots section to be rather lacking and their table games abnormally unfair (not realistic). Then I found Vegas Crest which seemed legit, had good rating and taunted 48 hour payouts. I deposited $50, got past the insanely high 6k wagering requirement for the bonus, and managed to cash out $900. Just last night I got an email sayin my payout has been cancelled and my account banned for an unknown reason. Arguably, seeing as it appears to be a trusted site, it was probably my fault by unknowingly betting too much or not reading the fine print well enough. Either way, I’m looking for a new casino that can be trusted with a large variety of video slots such as BetSoft games or NetEnt that works for USA player.

Hi,
I am also a new member here & live in USA. I play at approx. 10-12 online casinos regularly. I also have played at Vegas Crest Casino but not often as I prefer better bonus matches for my deposits. I don't mind the playthrough (wagering requirement) & I prefer playtime most of the time. I have not won at Vegas Crest, but I have won & withdrawn at their sister site "Cyberbingo" so I am surprised you had an issue. I would not just accept them declining your payout without putting up a fight. It may be something simple like someone you know also has an account and has used your computer. I would email support or call them. You will get a lot further than live chat. Whenever I have an issue regarding getting paid, I will file a complaint on askgamblers.com & they have always responded to the complaint. Have proof & all info if possible. I believe, but not positive, you can file a complaint here as well and the site works as a mediator of sorts to help you with your claim. Again, I am not sure of here as I am new here but I will be using this site more often now that I am registered. I would not accept the denial. You paid good money to play so why should they be allowed to just take your money. If they refuse to pay & will not give you a reason why, I would say you want your money back asap as you did not get the service you paid for.
As far as other sites in USA that are reputable, I play mostly at Slotocash, Uptown Aces, Jackpot Capital, & Miami Cub Casino (these are all sister sites to one another). Slotocash & Uptown also have "no deposit" bonuses that you can use in between deposits & are offered basically daily to your email or on their site & the max cash out for these "no deposit" bonuses range from $180 to $500 max cash out but most of the time, the max cash out is $500. It tells you when you enter the code what the max cash out is and what the wagering req. What is great you get two chances with your deposit. I have won quite a bit off the no deposit bonuses also. Once you win a decent amount, typically most casinos I have played at & won, will limit the promos that you can use but that is because you are ahead of the house. That is what I was told by support. You will still be allowed promos just not the really good ones. I have won & withdrawn from all of these at least once and on two, I have withdrawn a multiple times. Be sure to read terms & cond. & ask chat if you have a question. Copy & paste any live chats you have and email them to yourself to have in case you need for future use if you win to back up what you were told. Save all emails received by support also. It does stink you have to do this but I have done this because I was given wrong information as far as what he minimum deposit was if I wanted to use a no deposit bonus in between and withdraw the max from the no deposit bonus (which was $500). They wouldn't honor my withdrawal even tho I was given wrong info by chat. They have record of all chats as long as you are logged in but don't count on them searching through chats to support your claims. I was not logged in when I asked chat my question.
I also play at Casino Extreme which I have also won & withdrawn from & they are amazing there. I play here more often than others also. Their live chat is so nice & go above & beyond to help you. They only accept cryptocurrency I believe but its real easy once you learn how. hey will walk you through it also. They also pay within 10 minutes of requesting a withdrawal once you are authorized and they typically authorize your account within minutes. This is by far one of my favorite sites, but again, the deposit match promos aren't great. On Thursday (today! :) ) they have a code 100instant and you deposit $25 and get to play with $100. there is wagering req. & there is a max cash out of I believe $1000 but that's just the terms of this particular code. You can say I referred you too if you want but no pressure (bella0101). They have a sister site I have just started playing on that is fairly new called Casino Brango although have not won or withdrawn. I play at Red Stag but have not won or withdrawn here but from my research, all looks reputable. Be sure to check all sites every couple months to make sure they are still in good standing because they can be bought or sold at any time. Two casinos I have played at for years (Liberty slots & Lincoln Casino) which are sister sites...I have won & withdrawn from decent amounts from each... BUT I haven't had much playtime lately & that is odd for there. I checked & they were recently blacklisted so just because they are good now, doesn't mean they will be in a couple months unfortunately. I also play at Lucky Club & Inetbet & 5dimes. Intertops classic & intertops red casino are also usual sites I visit but not as often as the above mentioned. I also play at Grand eagle which is a Genesys Club casinos & there are 5 sister sites that belong to Genesys I believe. The ones I mentioned are different software types so I am sure you will find something you like. I hope this wasn't too long & it helps a little. There are so many casinos out there & I wish I had some info when I started because I did waste quite a bit of $ learning through trial & error. I am sure there are plenty of other sites I haven't mentioned & many that I have played at that are said to be reputable, but the ones I mentioned abov are where I play & spend my $ & I would vouch for them. All except as mentioned Liberty & Lincoln because of the blacklist status. I did go on chat to questions the status & was told to contact support. Good luck to you & if you have any other questions that I may be able to offer my experience to, feel free to ask.

I don't know of any USA casino that has more games than Vegas Crest, and I would say Bovada probably has the next highest number.

Technically online casinos are not legal in the USA, unless you live in one of the 3 regulated states: New Jersey, Delaware and Nevada if I remember correctly (the Meister's USA page is out of action at the moment). I believe some of these licenced casinos might have NetEnt games - but you definitely will not find them in any other casinos in the USA.

Regarding your cash-out problem: You should try to get clarification as to what the problem actually is. They are generally considered reputable, and even had an official presence in the London casino conference earlier this month. I could contact them & try to help, but as you probably didn't get to them via my site, they would not be obliged to discuss your case with me.
If you get totally stuck, you can use the CM Player Arbitration Service.
