TradaCasino stalling withdrawal, asking for docs for verified account

I recently came back to TradaCasino after a few years of a break. Before making my deposit I in fact even asked the customer support to make sure that my account is already verified, as I couldn't remember if it was, and didn't want to deal with any sort of document nonsense in case I get to make a withdrawal. After ~10 minutes of "looking into it" the customer support person returns to say something along the lines of "yes, so feel free to play!".

On 5.11. I get enough winnings to make a €800 withdrawal, so I do just that.
After two days of waiting (apparently every withdrawal must wait two days, AND there is no withdraw lock option - very scummy, Trada) I receive an email telling me that I need to upload documents before they can proceed with processing the withdrawal. I complied and did so on the same day, despite my account already being verified...

To this day my withdrawal is still pending. Are they stalling it on purpose? I hate this sort of nonsense. I remember Trada actually being a decent casino to play at back in '16-17 (other than the lack of slot providers, but the cashback was nice), and IIRC my account was even verified the same day I uploaded my documents, with quick withdrawal processing. But this kind of experience rubs me in all the wrong ways.

No reason for me to continue playing here when VS and Rizk handle my withdrawals within MINUTES. (And Trada very recently removed DOA1 and DOA2... they were still there on the day I came back. Add another reason to the list!)

They are no longer trada now they are on the dreaded aspire platform of burning dog poo hell.

Stick to other places mate.
 
Sorry i didnt mean to sound derogatory towards you.

Makes my blood boil how these practices still go on.

For me, just being bonus excluded when they were under the old establishment told a story of their mindset and culture - come play at our casino, come take our bonuses but dont win!

Not to be trusted and not 'fun, fast or fair'.

Oh and a ridiculously low rtp on nearly all their selection.
