Tradacasino closed my acccount in an email today and I have absolutely no idea why, went on live chat and all they said was this
Our management team have made the decision to permanently close your account, as per our terms and conditions:

''TradaCasino reserves the right to close Your Account and to refund the account balance to you, subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at TradaCasino's absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or to give prior notice, using a payment method determined by us.''

This means you will be no longer to play on our site unfortunately. We would like to wish you all the best for the future.

They closed mine, without notice, a few months back. Not that I'm bothered, especially now they've become Aspire Global.
Plenty better places to play.

Obviously got too many customers

No I have not won for ages, though I did have an approx £1000 win 2 years ago, which was paid out with no delay, no issues at the time they even helpfully sent out screenshots

My account got closed for no reason either.
Had the same email that my account was suspended.

No idea why this casino gets an 9.8. It's the only casino I've ever encountered closing accounts for no reason or possibly for using their daily calender lol. Not that big of a loss because there are plenty of other places that will gladly take your money.

Like looking like iam changing my mind about trada I deposit few times dont allways take daily bounes cause to much wagging. I was waiting for etransfer withdraw but not with all this.

I'm sure there was a reason, no business turns money away. Trada aren't the only ones who close accounts like this, although they do seem to be a little more aggressive than others at times in doing so.

It was because the number of bonuses I had claimed is far in excess of the number of deposits I had made.
I've claimed 51 bonuses on 31 deposits.
I think thats all the 10 free spins Trada send out now and again by email.
Its also something to do with new rules on tax on bonuses in the UK
At least I know now thanks for the explanation Conor.

Your right. Personally, I have encountered one other site, that are not listed on Casinomeister. I would never, until now, have compared them to Trada. Trada are the only ones that do this that are high on the ratings list (as far as i know).

I would like to know more about this reasoning. I heard it was a decision based on monthly reviews of accounts. i.e. people sit round, look at your casino stats and decide if or how they want to continue serving you or not.

No idea why this casino gets an 9.8.

Hopefully when the next reviews are done this wont be the case otherwise it tarnishes the quality of the reviews for me.

Such a shame that Trada are moving in this direction by carrying out this crazy business practice in this brutally inconsiderate and unprofessional manner.

Yup, not best user experience in a world to get account closed without reason provided and then when first have to yourself find out reason (as many want to know the reason as you easily get feeling that you have broken some rules or suspected about fraud, abuse or something....) and then it turns up that you have been using bonus offers you are offered....

Not really great CRM job there, these days technology would be possible to only offer these bonuses to players who you want to use it, these stories would make me bit worried to use any single bonus from Trada before asking them beforehand that do i get bonus banned or my account closed if i use this offer you sent me...

It seems really silly and short sighted, it costs money to acquire new customers and is probably getting more difficult to do, why ban customers for accepting offers you send them  going the nuclear option when other common sense solutions are available... unless there is a cost for the data retention/security of customers info, admin costs etc.. and the casino just feels they'll never make that money back from your custom and it saves them money to let you go?

I have not been playing much in the last year because recently I've been concentrating more on building a business, so though still gambling its small amounts every now and then, spread out amongst a few providers. So I understand, it was just the not knowing what was going on that bothered me.

Sounds like sensible playing to me  I think anyone in your situation would feel a bik narked as if you'd done something wrong and was to blame for the end of the customer/casino relationship.

From the various Trada bits on CM and connor's positive interactions, this practice seems a real shame and the opposite of goodwill to customers that all successful businesses need, the rough with the smooth, to make your broad customer base nervous or anxious of accepting offers for fear of account closure can't be a good strategy.

So customer gets offered bonuses, takes them and then gets their account closed because he took too many of them.

Yep, makes perfect sense.
