Sent docs within the site passport and selfie then a pop up saying I would get an email within five minutes about the verification docs.. haven’t had it yet wondered how

Usually, Trada is suuuper quick - maybe the email got stuck or went shopping, perhaps it's something @Conor@Trada can help you with. He is a great rep and will help with any issues.
