Is it common to get bonus banned from this Casino as I have been?
I'm not sure what crime I committed other than taking a few of the bonuses that are bombarding my email inbox lately!

Yet after making a withdrawal today Trada have taken their ball and gone home:

"Following an account review by our promotions team, the decision has been taken to remove the ability to claim deposit bonuses or other promotional offers on your account at TradaCasino.
You can continue to play with cash deposits if you wish, but deposit bonus codes and cashback offers will no longer work on your account.
This position may be changed in the future if more 'no bonus' play is registered on your account, but this is not guaranteed. As a result, we have removed you from promotional newsletters (you will stop receiving promo emails within 24 hours), however if you opt-in again and receive them this still does not qualify you to claim the codes."

I have been getting daily free spin promotions from all these different people, in the name of Trada. " Are you ready for todays free spins"? So I can see why people are using it.

The funny ironic part is just earlier on today I get the email;

"It's that time of the week again GK
We've lined up an extra special bonus just for you to thank you for your awesome loyalty!"

Few hours later i'm banned :laugh:

I did dispute with live chat (very politely) the bonus I had been credited earlier in the day regarding a separate promotion, maybe this got me black flagged..

Received the same email..why am i bonus resticted, i do not take many bonuses at all..just make a recent deposit of £10 and no bonus..whats up Conor???And why do i have £45.20 in my acc.?It says withdrawable.

The last time I played at Trada I deposited just over £1k and withdrew just £300. Later that week I was told I wasn't eligible for the Thursday free spins or bonuses and they wouldn't give me a reason. I won't be depositing there again and unfortunately they'll be keeping the £2.5k cashback that I've accrued over the years.

Chris

I recently got bonus banned too.
Which was nice, considering I voted for them to become CM best casino 2018.

If only I'd voted for VideoSlots instead. :(

But like as already been mentioned.. If you're going to offer some kind of bonus EVERY day, don't be surprised if your players accept an offer whenever they deposit.

Most of my deposits there, had initially been intended to be cash only. But when there's something extra on offer, once you get to the site, as a backup, should I lose my deposit. why not take it???

It's not uncommon to get no bonuses after a withdrawal. It usually only lasts until after a few deposits.

Yeah, my ban at Trada, can quite quickly after a withdrawal. Except the withdrawal was made from a 'straight' cash deposit, without a bonus

It doesnt matter. I win quite a bit at House Of Jack, and never win with a bonus, but I will have no bonuses for about 3 deposits later, and they are GENEROUS with their bonuses!

To avoid this just try and make cash deposits in between claiming no deposit or deposit bonuses. You have to remember even when you do deposit to get a freebie it still counts as a "bonus" in total calculating.

But by making deposits in between you can help avoid this. I am sure even doing couple deposit wager a good amount and withdraw would help account as well. Because system would see cash deposits has been made.

If a player keeps taking bonuses or free spins on each deposit and also make withdrawals then of course big chance you lose rights :)

What i would suggest is a place like Trada Casino that is very good with giving deposit offers often. Do yourself a spreadsheet and write down every time you make deposits and receive offers. There is a certain percentage % that is calculated from cash deposits / withdrawals / bonuses.

Does not matter if you lose when making deposit and you get bonuses as its the ratio of deposits/bonuses that is mainly calculated from my experience.

It's just guesswork at that point though isn't it.
I am relieved to hear i'm not alone in receiving this treatment, so thanks to all who replied!
At least i'll have a cleaner email inbox now :)

Hey everyone!

Before I comment individually, I do just want to clarify one thing.

Every case of a bonus ban is reviewed a minimum of three times before the decision is made. There is a number of criteria which may lead to a bonus ban, and due to this, every case is individual and unique.

We do offer quite a lot of bonuses at TradaCasino, whether they're via the promotions calendar, via email campaigns, from the VIP program or from our CS team. The reason we offer these bonuses is because we believe our players deserve to be rewarded with a little bit extra to play with, and have an extra chance at a withdrawal.

With the coupling of the UK bonus tax increase (from 15% to 21%), and the removal of wagering from 90% of our bonuses, it has become neccessary for us to become a little bit more strict on our bonus redemption rules.

So where to begin...

@TradaCasino
Maybe not have daily e-mails sent out if you don't want people using the bonuses?

The reason we offer all of these bonuses is that we want our players to claim these bonuses - they're there to be an added boost to either try new games, or games you haven't played before or to add a bit of time to your gameplay.

We do hope for players to make cash deposits not tied to bonuses in between the bonuses. However, claiming bonus after bonus without making a cash deposit is only part of the reason for a bonus ban such as this and is never the entire picture.

Every single case is unique.

Withdrawals are 100% not a contributing factor for bonus bans. We want our players to withdraw as it makes the entire experience of TradaCasino better.

The Thursday Freebies are sent to our players who match a list of criteria, but the primary two is bonus ratio, and has been active.
I am sorry this experience has turned you off of us @chris87 - hopefully in the future we can figure a way of winning you back.
I would like to look into this for you @chris87 if you drop me a PM with your registered email address I will be able to check it for you.

This one sounds quite off @asidea and in order to answer your question I will need to know your account email.
Would you mind dropping me a PM with your registered email address and I'll get cracking on that this morning?

As mentioned above @gk286 - every case is unique, but as contained in the email, we do regularly review ALL accounts that had been bonus banned in order to reassess bonus eligibility. These reviews are done manually, so you can be sure all available information is taken into account when these reviews are done.

If anyone has any follow-up questions, feel free to PM me if you'd like :)

Maybe withdrawals should be part of the equation.
If you've got players who are depositing and taking bonuses each time. But are very rarely making a withdrawal, and have an overall net loss . What does it matter how many bonuses they've taken?
Bonuses would be seen by those players as compensation for the loss of a previous deposit.

I can't, of course, give specifics on the exact criteria for bonus bans, but what I can say is it is heavily based on Deposits V. Bonus Ratio.
If we based it off of if players won, then it would be seen as punishing players just because they had won, which is never what we want to do.

It's not really a punishment, if a player has taken a lot of bonuses and profited from them.
But if a player has taken bonuses, and NOT profited from it, they're a kind of compensation.

If someone's been unlucky at your casino. You should be giving them the incentive to stay loyal and keep depositing

There is a layer of bonuses that are designed to comp players who have been on a bad run.
Equally, there is a system of bonuses to reward players for loyalty and offer bonuses regardless if they're winning or losing.

However, like most casinos, we have a bonus budget that we have to stick to. If we didn't issue bonus restrictions on players who rarely/almost never deposit without a bonus, we would have to reduce/remove our daily calendar offers, thereby making other players suffer as a result.

Thanks Conor, but I won't send you a PM as I sent you a PM on 4th Feb as requested re my earlier issues, to which I'm still unfortunately awaiting a reply.

As for the bonus issue I'd deposited well over £3k and only withdrew the £300 before I was bonus banned (the person on CS was boarding on rude when I queried it) so goodness knows how you criteria works!

Hey Chris,

I just checked my PMs and it appears I did forget to get back to you as I was over in London for ICE.

If you still want me to look into these for you, I can do that on Monday.

As for the bonus, this can all be explained properly via PM as I had indicated above, every case is unique.

Hey Chris,

Did you receive an email specifically telling you that you were bonus banned/restricted?

If your account is the one I think it is, you are 100% not bonus banned, and there is a specific reason you didn't receive the loyalty spins you're referring to (which was our fault, not yours).

If you could confirm your account email via PM I can give you more information, I would like the opportunity to explain in more detail.

Thanks,

Rachel.

Thanks both. No. I didn't get an email saying I was bonus banned, but CS said I wasn't eligible for bonuses so I left it at that.

If you want to PM me with any further information Conor has my details.

Chris
