Totally absurd bonus system (scratchstars, karamba, hopa etc)

This complaint is not a personal one. Rather a complaint of this bonus system this casino group is applying which seems really hard to understand and spreaded on several pages, and have a very bad term for the player.

Here is a brief chapter of the terms and conditions (second page of terms, which includes the hard to understand we can void your winnings type of term).

First the easy to understand part:All of this site's promotions or bonuses, winnings or deposits may only be cashed out after you have made at least one approved deposit and you have wagered at least 35 times (Unless stated otherwise) of each bonus received – for example you must wager €350 before cashing out if you have received a bonus of €10.

Then the usual part where which games count what is explained:Wagering on different games will contribute differently towards your wagering requirements. All games will contribute 100 percent of each wager towards your wagering requirements, except for the following games: All versions of Blackjack & all versions of Video Poker will count as 10 percent of the wagering and all Netent games will count as fifty percent of the wagering. All versions of Roulette, Magic Spinner, Quick Play, Hi Lo Fever, Baccarat & 3 Card Poker will not count towards the wagering requirements.

Ok, most people do not understand what netent games mean, unless you read casinomeister of course.

But here comes the absurd part which is the most important:
Only winnings, which are received by playing with a bonus in games which contribute 100 percent to the wagering, are cashable.

So even though they give you contribution percentages, the only thing they can do if you play any other games then the slot games they have developed themselves they wont pay winnings made on these games. So the percentages do not mean anything . What makes this even worse, like i explained before most people do not know what netent games mean, so they play netent slots, win and dont get paid , or play netent games lose , and do the same thing over and over again, untill they win, and don't get paid.

They should rewrite the terms in such a way, that it only says you can play our own slot games not including the net entertainment slot games, and scratchcards, and that any other bets may void your winnings.

If anyone has some contacts with the company (they own several sites). Please try and contact them so they could either rewrite the terms or come here to explain.

I really didnt understand your post. Maybe my bad english, sorry. I understood that you try to say that if you play netent-games, then you cant wager or win anything.

I have played only netent games on their sites with bonus and always have got my winnings (takes about 1 week them to pay). Few times played also other slots and still no problems.

One of the rules on these sites you need to remember is that there is smaller wager % on some of the games. For example netent- games wager only 50% so thats really twice the wager they inform.

Yeah they could have written the terms a bit clearer. The terms should state that playing Netent games along with the others are prohibited when playing with a bonus. It would have been much easier to understand.
They really should hire Dunover

They added this 50% netent term recently. And it would give the impression that if you play net-ent games, even thought net-ent games clear wagering by 50%, you could get your winnings voided. No stopped playing after reading the recent terms with this wording and since their own slots are pretty horrible.
