Top 10 Casinos - Really

What are the top 10 online casinos? Now, I dont mean push your favorite affiliate casino but what do you really consider to be the top 10 casinos on the net?

Allslots

Thats a bit of vague question.

Game Speed - Game speed can be a factor.
Reliabilty - If the software is unreliable is can be frustrating
Trust - You may like the site but worry being shafted
Graphics - Some like, some do not care
Timely payments - Average time to get paid out
Choice of games - Depends on personal preference
Customer service - This can go a long way
Bonus offers & payout %

I play on different sites for different reasons. Some depend on the time of day, others on a particular event.

I agree with the other posters - good in which respect?

The first thought I had when I saw your username & question is that you are either already an affiliate yourself, or were thinking of becoming one. If so, at least it is commendable that you are only looking for good ones to promote and (hopefully) avoiding the rogues.

On a personal note as a player not an affiliate, I like casinos who give me generous monthly bonuses, who I can trust to leave large amounts (by my standards!) in my casino account for months without me ever worrying about it and pay out in a timely manor when I do request a withdrawal.

So my top ten would be something like (in no particular order):-
32Red (& Dash)
Intercasino
Ladbrokes
Will Hills
Any Palace Group casino
Any Grand Virtual casino
Any WagerWorks casino
Any Rival casino
Tote Sport
iNetBet
King Solomons.

(Sorry, that's more than 10 :p)

OK, I guess I could have been a little more specific. Ok, I also agree that maybe 10 was too much. Found my self having problems coming up with 10!

Ok, try this: Top 5 casinos based on the following criteria:
1. Payout%
2. Bonuses and promotions
3. Design and usability

BTW, was an affiliate but have given up, too much work, too little pay. Now I just like playing and wanted to try som new casinos and was curious what others thought.

Nothing more too it :-)

Hey KK, has WH's CSR gotten any better? I remember when they allowed USA customers, it took on average 2 weeks to get a response from them via email.

Sure they always pay, but heaven forbid if you have any technical problems you need resolved ASAP....
I can honestly say I personally have no experience with this (well, not in the last 5-years) having never had to contact them about anything. I just took the monthly every month and never had any problems.
But from what I've heard they are not the best CS wise. :(

Tell me about it!
You need to be extremely dedicated, motivated, patient & put in 1000's of hours before anything happens.

With your new criteria, and assuming by your name that you're a slots player, top 5:-
Intercasino
Ladbrokes
Any Palace Group casino - probably Ruby Fortune is best
Any Grand Virtual casino - I play at Fantasy
Any Rival casino - difficult to chose just one as they all have good offers.

my list would be ..for slots i play either club world or inet bet....for video poker ant table poker or progressive slots i play at any fortune lounge or music hall........for the chance at a huge win and awesome service i go 3dice and if i'm in a all around mood i go with a rival casino but mainly superior

Just thinking about this and another thread I was reading through (that is all about how the slot seems to be "tighter" than it was), I have to say hands-down (and there is the "Winner Screenshots" thread to prove it, your best payout percentages seem to be with MicroGaming. Specifically, of course my favorite changes with how well I do or have been doing (and of course that the particular casino has a proven record integrity-wise with their payouts), right now I guess I'd have to say Grand Mondial is my favorite.

I really like some of the RTG and the Rival, and the other software providers, but folks, if I am very limited (deposit/money-wise) and I have to choose one to deposit to, its MG. Wish I could be faced with a tougher decision, but that's just how it seems to be right now.

And of course, this is judging based on where I am able to play (because of the limitations us U.S. players have now). Before my selection would have been a lot wider, and included more favorable names, like Intercasino, "Cherry Casino" (I think it was called, NetEntertainment) and Global Player. But that was then, this is now (sigh) ....

I don't think the winner's screenshot thread is a good indication of best payout percentages. It's more an indication of what softwares are being used at the casinos forum members choose, and to some degree variance & bonus rounds (rare big wins lead to screenshots).

For slots, the payout percentages with most major softwares are similar to Microgaming. Two exceptions are Cryptologic and RTG, which are often significantly lower than others, according to payout audits (RTG has variable slot payouts). One advantage of Wagerworks and Rival, is they list slot payouts in the help menu, so you can select the games with higher expected payouts, instead of guessing with other softwares.

For table games, payouts are more complicated. A few softwares offer games with a negligible house edge, such that the expected loss over time is minimal. However, this low payout is not consistent across all games, aside from Betfair's Zero Lounge and 5Dimes' bonus casino. I won't go into much detail, as I'm guessing the user "allslots" who started this thread is primarily a slot player.

With the criteria he listed earlier (payouts, bonuses, design), my top 5 are:

-Ladbrokes
-Blue SQ
-32 Red
-Paddy Power
-Grand Virtual (no preference among specific GV casinos)
