Wow this is gambler's fallacy at it's best,keno is a lottery game and all lottery games have the same odds no matter which number you pick...1.2.3.4.5.6.7 has the same odds as coming up as 2.4.6.8.10.12 I thought everybody knew this.

While Im sure most of us find your posts amusing, We all know what you are sharing with us hon. We are gamblers and gamblers like to play games for money and the riskier the better!

If we thought this was easy and anyone could do it, it wouldnt be half as exciting! Im sure most will tell you that WE ALL know keno is the most likely to lose at BUT...you never know, it takes the right numbers at the right time so please .....yes, its a forum but we all have been around the block a few times here and you arnt teaching us anything we dont already know.

Yes, the odds are the same. Why would they be any different? Just because you never see that happening doesn't mean there's any less chance of them coming out than any other 7 random numbers.

Now, the odds of the numbers 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 coming out in order ....well....that depends on how many total numbers there are in the draw.

Now, the odds of the numbers 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 coming out in order ....well....that depends on how many total numbers there are in the draw.

I believe it never happened in a single lottery draw in the world, so I do not believe it is just as likely. If it is - I believe there is something seriously flawed with our perception of randomness. Maby in a perfect world of math where the wind stood still, and all people were smiling since there were noe hunger... Then it would be just as likely!

It is possible - however extremely unlikely!

I often see people playing the whole first row, and they seem to do as well as anyone else.

One of the big factors in playing keno is your goal. Are you trying to extend playing time? Changing your numbers frequently helps, but only because it slows your bets. Do you just want to play $20 hoping for a big hit? How big is big? If you are looking for $100, i suggest a low number of picks and appropriate bet size so that the top prize is $100. Or whatever floats your boat. If your goal is $1000, but $50 and $100 wins are good too, try a paytable that offers $1000 as a top prize.


Back to the OP's request for numbers....4,6,19,20. Fill in with any additional numbers you want, but preferrably in patterns with mystical meaning. . Stars, crosses, pentagrams, smilie faces are all good. Make a star map of the big dipper. Or your favourite sports team Initials. And don't forget to rub a magic talisman (no, not THAT talisman ya pervs). Chanting is optional, but what you do in the privacy of your own home is your business.

By the way, my initial post was an attempt to make you people smile - it was nothing serious about it really! Just wanted to add this before it derails into a serious discussion regarding Keno!

If for some reason betting the 10 first numbers has the same odds of hitting as 10 numbers all over the place - it might just be that I have not wrapped my brain around the correct understanding.

It might just be I have to add some "etrophy thinking" in the mix, just as with passwords where "habbahabbahabbahabbahabbahabba" has no better entrophy than "habba". Infact "!#Hb" is a better password! Takes some "computing power" to grasp it, but once you get it it's very logical.

The way I was thinking was that the odds of getting 6 sequential numbers was the same as getting 6 non-sequential numbers which is obviously not the same. I'm sure you could count the times the lotto has drawn 6 sequential numbers on one hand and all the other results would make up the other 99.99999999%.

If it's a legitimate drawing, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 are just as likely to be picked as any other 7 random numbers.....or 1,2,3,.. ; etc..

I've never seen or heard of such a thing happen in ANY drawing in history either.....weird, but it could definitely happen.

Pick any 6 or 7 numbers (sequential or not) and there is a very very good chance they have never been the result of a draw anywhere
