TSII, IR TFROL, Jurassic Park etc etc

Ya it took so long on JP to get to pick what feature you wanted and had that on vs for like all the games so it's BS.
I have not played online either for a while as I do go to the live casino the odd time but also dealing with real-life issues so it has taken me away from playing at the moment.

When I started out I was playing on a MG/NetEnt only casino and had unlocked most of the bonuses on the MG's when all of a sudden due to a "technical issue" it all reset. Suffice to say I stopped playing there immediately, so pissed off

Since MG is not doing anything decemt lately, they could do next: (if they are upgrading their classic slots to hmtl5)
1. insert pick for me feature (like in Phantom of the Opera)
2. improve Wild Storm..I am playing it for four years now and I have never seen 3-reeler (even non-winner), not to mention anything above...
3. shooting wilds feature (Wild Magic in TS2, Wild Wine in IR..) only in winning combo (that goes also for Wild Desire/Celebration/Storm), that would make more player-friendly (and not so tilting)...

I bet they could have imported the data if they had wanted to. Probably just more expensive to do that
I've just played at 32red for the first time in months and all my achievements have gone too.
IR, TS2, Playboy, TFROL and Jurassic Park all wiped from having the complete feature status on every slot.
That's a hell of a lot of wagering/losses, especially on JP 25 features to unlock.
I understand that the flash conversion has resulted in this on quickfire instant casinos but this is the download version and it's the same download version Casino Rewards use where all of my achievements are still there.
I'd like to know the reason for this.

It's a new game HTML5 version on the server so cannot retain the achievements. The old flash one is deleted and replaced by the new one.
Speaking of which, at Casumo I lost my achievements and also couldn't find auto-play on it?
So it's a new Viper download version with HTML5?
C-rewards still have the achievements and that I assume is the same version 32red have as MGS update the casino almost weekly.

I don't know for sure but the Viper client I believe stores info your end, it's a huge 10GB or so load on your disk. So it may be different from Quickfire.

I've just downloaded 32Red to check, and all my achievements are intact on the account I use, which was migrated (account name starts vgwr. so might have been GoWild), I used that account more, because I had more achievements on more games
However, on my original account (f32re....) the achievement have all been reset.
I downloaded to a computer, which has never had it installed on. So the achievements must be stored server-side

They are - 100%
Changed my PC 2-3 times since I joined 32 Red and all achievements were always there straightaway on the new PC.
They are however now ALL gone across games mentioned, years of work not to mention the £££'s, however not in the slightest bothered as I would have been a few years back.
MG have done an awful job of migration IMO and lost me as a customer pretty much altogether, sadly!

Same here. IR is just bearable. But TSII is almost unplayable
I'll bet they've noticed a big drop in the number of spins going through the HTML5 versions, compared to the old flash

Played this for the first time in ages, it ain't the same that's for sure, the feel of the

Likewise, no way I am going through all these bonus rounds again to have them all unlocked.
I had all features unlocked at multiple casinos on all 243 liners like mentioned before and they are all gone.
Really bad to just wipe all these achievements, they could have maybe come with a better solution.
I ain't playing them slots anymore.
Oh and they play horrible now!

TSII and later IR were their "cream of the crop" and a perfect base for a profitable future, whilst also keeping their players happy....

Yeah, I guessed as much. I tried it recently when making a real money session video and had a dozen spins and binned it, it's awful without autoplay. I also noticed at Jackpot Joyless yesterday that Bonanza, for some inexplicable reason, is minus the autoplay. Why, I do not know as it's fully compliant as far as I can see.

It's the same on all site, that carry it.

All these games have autoplay for me on the conversions. Also Bonanza and Extra Chilli on the QF platform do. Must be a "thing" again for casino's with a UK license.

A bit of a longshot, but I'm going to throw it out there because it's been annoying the crap out of me all year, and it's killed two of my favourite games.
Whenever I get a 3 scatter draw on Thunderstruck 2 or Immortal (both the original and Megah Moolah versions) the game crashes on my browser with the below error message.
This only happens at normal speed on my laptop browser. If I play it on turbo speed on my laptop it doesn't happen, but that kills most of the enjoyment for me. :-(
I've tried a bunch of different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Opera) and it makes no difference.....it still crashes on all of them once the first 2 scatters roll in on normal speed.
However, the games works perfectly fine on my phone at normal or turbo speed.
The other thing I've tried is enabling and disabling hardware acceleration, but that didn't do anything.
Any idea what else I can try because it's incredibly frustrating and it's been happening all year for me. I thought it would have been sorted out by now with an update, but no dice.

General Error has occurred and Cashier errors are endemic in these MG slots, but it usually happens randomly not when a bonus drops.
Can often be down to the casino installation so try a different site.

I wish I could try a different site, but I have limited choices because of the country I live in. It's weird because a bonus doesn't have to drop for it to occur. Just a draw for a 3rd scatter. Once the first 2 scatters roll in it inevitably crashes even when you don't get the bonus which is obviously most of the time. :-(
It's also weird how it's fine on the phone, but not on the laptop and it doesn't happen on turbo speed, but does on normal speed. Maybe it will sort itself out one day. I just wish they'd left all the Microgaming Slots the same as they were 10 years ago. :-(
