"heads up"? Did you maybe mean "thumbs up"?

heads up
Advance notice of something that will need attention.
"Just a heads up that the customer is likely to escalate this problem..."

thumbs up
- Said when someone did something good.
- Opposite of 'thumbs down'.
'Thumbs up for you!'
'Thumbs up! You did a good job!'

now if i could see the edit button id change it lol
unless a kind hearted mod can do it for me

tho i think the urban dictionary should change the fact that  was very bad if you where a gladiator despite the portrayal in popular films and also might be offensive to any italian and greek readers and possibly thai spinners ;-)

Oh yeah? What's it mean to them? It's not "up your bum" or anything like that is it? Might give a whole new meaning to this:

lol i think the picture of bush without the thumbs is offensive to everyone lol

i think when planning a trip over thai they told me thumbs up was cheeky , not 100 % offensive

but italy might mean the same as a middle finger?

ps cheers for the edit
