Now Thrills says they did get my emails, but no documents. I don't know how that could be possible. Twice.
I looked my sent emails, and they were ok.

I contacted Erik, AND send documents third time.

Edit: Now I got email: we have now verified your betting account and processed your pending withdrawal.
