Thrills.com - Very Tight on Comps

Hi

I am an online gambling veteran (degenerate) - whichever you want to call it =)
32 Red is my casino of choice without a doubt EXCEPT on weekends where I migrate to the browser based casinos which offer fast weekend cashouts.

Following on from my point above I happen to be one of those gamblers who have a massive issue with the dreaded reverse withdrawal hence timing of payouts is very critical to me.
I know there are many of you out there who are in this group =)

Ok, so basically my #1 is 32 Red and my #2 is Guts for browser.

I have decided to finally make my first post out of sheer frustration from Thrills.com.
Quite honestly, for a casino with such good feedback on here I really fail to see what the fuss is about.

Sure the cash out times are good, but the customer service is very very interpersonal and somewhat lacking in this ever competitive market.

Not sure how they are doing on the books but they are by far the TIGHTEST reputable casino when it comes to comps and bonuses.
I tend to make in excess of 20 deposits on an average day across my core casinos, and I must say my loyalty is rewarded 90% of the time.

Decided to give Thrills a go, and it seems whenever I get this same support agent (not mentioning names) I cannot squeeze a dollar or a free spin comp out of them.
Almost as if they are guarding the war chest as if it were their own.

Well pretty much here is my list of played deposits with one promotional deposit bonus only.
Withdrawals attempted = zero.

Is it unusual that I still can't squeeze a dollar in comp from this casino?
Or am I just a hated player because I don't seem to have this issue anywhere else.
If the rep happens to come across this post fairly saying you are a long way off your 'elite' competition in terms of your comp system.
Obviously loyalty doesn't seem to be the key factor in determining any kind of bonus as the deposits mentioned below are all unmatched.

And please don't get me wrong I am a very very fair player and do not whinge about many things (fair loser may we call it?).
The only line I ever receive back from the one support agent I always seem to encounter is:

Hello Chris,

At the moment we do not have any goodwill bonuses available.

Almost robot like.

Curious to see the rest of your experiences with this casino?

Thanks,
Chris.

That´s weird I´ve deposited there on some small occasions and i receive wagerfree freespins from them all the time :O.

Thrills is a decent Casino. I don't play there much myself as their offers are few and far between. If you are looking for good loyalty, then yes, Guts is the No.1 NetEnt and always comps their players.

Andy from Mr. Green and Redbet and sisters are pretty generous on comps when you have a bad run. I would consider giving them a try.

Of course, you wont get a comp for every deposit, but if you are a loyal player and genuinely had a bad run, the reps would assist you in no time.

In any event, if you feel support was a wee bit tight, speak to the rep as he may have more power than the CS.

Nate

Hi Nate like I said I am not a newcomer to the scene - I know Andy (former Redbet honcho) and he is a fine example of the best in the business in terms of player support managers.

At Redbet I used to continue to play relentlessly on there even though my AUD was converted to EUR and vice versa for every deposit/withdrawal due to the impeccable service Andy provided.
Monetary wise it makes absolutely no sense as you are already getting hit a good 10-15% on currency margins before you even make your first click.

But when you know your loyalty is appreciated via customer care especially during the bad swings it really does make all the difference in the shark-infested world they call online gambling.

If Mr Green is where Andy ended up I will be making an account there.

=)

I've never seen anything like this list of deposits.

Judging by how close together some of your deposits are and the frequency I imagine your total amount wagered may not be all that high and that is what they most likely base your comps on. All together there you have deposited $210 and you made them go through 9 separate transactions for it and they most likely have to pay processing fees and transaction fees for all those deposits. You might do better if you deposited $200 all at once.

Something else to consider if you just started there and they look at all those small deposits it may look like you are just fishing for one big hit and may move on.

Are you making a small number of relatively large slot bets? Like depositing $20 and betting $5 per spin?

It may take them a little while to figure you out.

What do you mean you have never seen a list of deposits like this?
It's called bad luck, hence why a small comp was sought.
Not even $5 was offered for the 9 deposits.

I'm not here to argue with anyone I am simply asking for others experiences if they compare to mine.
Please don't reply to this thread like I'm a newcomer trying to learn the ropes of what a deserved comp is.

On a $20 deposit my max bet would be $0.60 per spin off the bat.

Do you happen to have a good relationship with Thrills?
You seem to be quite on the defensive.

I don't play there and I can't play there, it was just a simple observation.

I happen to think that you, being a member of a casino for 3 days, may not have the whole picture yet. If you are after comps and bonuses maybe Thrills is not for you.

I'm not here to argue with anyone either and yet you accuse me of some hidden connection to a random casino simply because I did not agree with you right away?

Feel free to put me on ignore and you will not have to read my posts anymore.

How can u all forget BETAT for comping? i m a low roller and max i deposited at betat ever is 30 quid and havent played there for more than 2 months and today i received 50quid comp. I didnt win anything of it but if i ever had a bad run of luck they always comped me (mostly the amount of my last deposit).

For me comps wise i would rate the casinos as following
1- Betat
2- Guts
3- Betsafe(mostly freespins)
4- Vegas Palms
5- Harry casino

Worst are

1- Gaming club(so many lost deposits and whenever i ask im not eligible)
2- All Slots (the worst customer service i have experienced, stopped playing because the customer service was very bad as they showed no respect)
3- 32red (First time asked for a small comp via email, next day my deposit bonuses were blocked aswell apparently mysteriously the system has some advance brain that blocks bonuses when u mostly play with the bonuses they offer, never played there since that day)

So i now only play at the casinos that actually respect loyalty with the exception of gaming club as normally i get a really good playtime for my deposits

Yes I agree with the other members if you are looking for good comps/bonuses Thrills and Super Lenny (owned by the same people) are not for you - The best bonus they have is the welcome bonus. There's no point in continuing to play after that as they don't even give out free spins on the odd occasion.

I think if you want to be rewarded you should look into Casino Luck and Next Casino they have regular free spins, decent deposit match offers, and they wont hesitate to give you a comp if you're luck hasn't been very good.
