Three scatters no bonus?

Can anyone tell me if this is normal? Had three scatters on return to the races and it didn’t start up the feature? I think it’s a glitch but still a bummer!

This comes shortly after I just had my biggest ever 700x win £210 off 30p stake on return to the races

Not sure if your being serious or not but ok I will bite.

Clearly a graphical glitch as the top scatter on reel 1 isn't supposed to be there, its out the play field for a start. These games never put two scatters on the same reel either.
