Thought Allslots was getting better but they still suck at there promos and......

Just got in 20 min ago...........received 2 letters from Allslots first one post card say wish you were here with a $25 dollar bonus then in separate mail another card saying to claim $10 free bonus, wow 2 in same day. Im in Toronto Canada Ont and they were sent out from Richmand Hill here in Ontario. Was unable to claim went to live chat.....Telling me I cant claim as 2 weeks ago I received the 25 promo....ok understandable a bit being I received 2 weeks ago but the 10 was told Im not eligible because I received a $25 bonus 2 weeks ago..........what crap then all she said was have a nice day and bye. Is this stupid or what or is just me that thinks this is. Few years back was a VIP then they dropped my VIP status and I stopped playing there with maybe 2 deposits in the last year. They started to contact me alort with match bonuses etc and the customer serb=vice seem better but this happened and it will be a long time before I play there again. Allslots if Im not eligible for the free bonuses DONT SEND THEM.

I just got one in my snail mail for St. Patty day a few weeks ago for another casino , it was for 100.00 and they let me use it 4 months later

On the flip side I have received emails for a free chip and could not get it to work , when I called , they said sorry , sent to you in error Kinda makes you feel like a second hand player when you deposit on a consistent basis and your an error
