I think I have/had Quidco bookmarked at one time, but when I looked at them, I couldn't tell if they offered casinos

I'm definitely a fan of "incentive" affiliate sites though. I've got about 13 of them bookmarked.

Dave, Casinomeister is an affiliate. I think it's a little disrespectful to solicit sign-up at other sites.
