Right:

A new developer, Skyrocket Games, may have just 'overdeveloped' things a bit here lol...

Codename Diablo Suitmaker by Skyrocket - Gonzo's Quest or should I say 'Gonzo's Breasts'?
Mayan Wild Mystery by Stake Logic - OK-ish. :)
Wild Stallion Quattro by Stake Logic - yep, another 'quad slot' yawn...
Grand Spinn by Netent - totally forgettable 3-reeler.
Win Win by Elk Studios - a decent 3-reeler.
Zentaurus by Merkur - oldish 20-line game but now HD, 5,000x for a line in the base game! :eek2:
Hot Chilli by Pragmatic - a poor 3-reeler. :(
The Sword and the Grail by Play'nGo - another 20-liner which can pay 5,000x bet for a line in the base game! Best one of the week IMO.
Wild Cats Multiline by Red Tiger - more like 'Feral Cat's Urine' if you ask me.
Enchanted Kingdom by WMS - a decent mechanic with some potential for a change, ruined by juvenile appearance.
Heidi and Hannah's Bierhaus by WMS - yes, they've made a game even worse than the egg-timer Heidi's Bierhaus they cloned for this rubbish. :axeman:

Listening to the commentary is much more entertaining than the slots (as usual). There are some awful bleeding games being released lately.

You would think the developers would realise they have to come up with something really innovative to sustain any longevity in the market. Especially the newer ones who need to make an impression.

Which begs the question just what percentage of the the playing market are educated in any way shape or form. It tells me only the smallest fraction. The vast majority must just go on visuals and wouldn’t have a clue if it’s possible to achieve a decent hit.

Let’s face it if it was the other way around 99% of games produced would never recover the outlay spent on getting the slot to market.

That can be the only explanation for this eternal conveyor belt of dross. Meaning there must be a large percentage of the market who just play the newest releases irrespective of potential and value.

I think you're right snorky. There must be thousands and thousands of players that don't really know much about slots and just play them like the lottery.

Gotta admit I've learned loads just since I joined this forum. I used to think I knew a little bit about the mechanics and stuff but I was green as the grass!

Yes it reminds of the grannies you get in b+m casinos on a Saturday night. They plonk themselves down load up a game and 3 hours later you walk past and they are still hammering away on the same slot.

Even when I see them win they just stay on the same game and give it all back. I think the vast majority of players think all slots payout the same. They don’t even look at top symbols or anything like that.

I think there is and always will be those players that play for the visuals and razzmatazz and couldn't care less about winning.

The grannies might fall into that bracket. Me however, plays to win and still doesn't get entertained either

Yeah, the bingo halls are bad for it. Fairly often the same granny and also the only person in the arcade section, is ploughing away into one machine, throwing evils to anyone who looks over in response to the sound of her bashing the buttons as she tries to influence the £1 win on party time to trigger the top game (probably one of the worst compensated games to sit out for hours on end, especially if not knowing all the nudge 'tricks'), while often it's as if she is holding a mirror to protect her interests, turning round instantly and giving evils to anyone who happens to read a reserved sign put over another game.

Then, if you happen to come back 3 hours later, the reserved signs which read 'max reserve limit of 30 mins" on what was 2 or 3, but is now 4 or 5 other machines, are still sitting there from when you left earlier, and you have to take careful lines around the room after you are informed by staff they are all reserved by her, because you get shouted at if you go within 3 metres of any of them, despite not being interested in them anyway. The staff, understandably fearing for their lives, never saying a word. ;)

looked for the sword and the grail
is it coming soon v released this week?

Thats just a slightly lower multiplier copy of 300 Shields... right?

Figured i was gonna ask here if anybody except me had given it a go.
It is more or less a copy of 300 shields.
Biggest difference is that the x2-x5-x10-x100 wilds activates on random spins in the basegame.

I gave it Around 500-600 spins yesterday, just on lowest stake (10p) and i was pleasently suprised.
Managed a couple bonuses, but never got to the last stage. Best bonus paid 210x stake.
The multiplier wild seemed to happen quite often. Most often giving x2 or x5, but once in a while the 10x.
I got the 100x wild activated for one spin during my spins, and it gave me a three of a kind of the top symbol, paying me 250x.

I always enjoy new releases that allow me to bet as low as 10p.
Does not hurt that it has potential for big wins either.

Has anyone managed any good hits on it yet? Just like that firefly game, this one also claims 10 000x stake is possible.
And since ive seen the firefly game actually produce some really crazy wins, im hoping this will do the same in the coming days. =)

I gave it a try it a try last night and hit the bonus after about 15 spins. I reached the x100 but only hit 1 decent win.

My reservations with the game are that the random multiplier in the base game produced very little and your normal pays are so low to allow for the x100 that you could see a large chunk of your balance diminish very rapidly if not hitting the bonus regularly.

That’s the problem with these type of games. Allowing for big hits normally means the base game isn’t great so it becomes all about hitting the bonus which you know isn’t going to happen that frequently so it becomes a bit boring.

I played on for a while after this hit but it just went dead. I will probably play it now and again. It’s better than most new releases.0C0820FF-9B5A-4052-BE9C-8BBDF6D7B4A4.png
