Has been playing at MG and Grand Virtual for about 3 years.
In the past, I was never denied by casinos for bonus.

Last month, I decided to try out thisisvegas. As I was using windows server 2008, it took me about 3 weeks to get their software upon running.

The new user bonus is good - 200%. After I sign up, I even receive an email for $11 freebie and 200% sign up bonus.
Then later on -

It really sicks me. :confused::mad:

OK, back to my MG. and goodbye this is vegas.:o

This is my 1st account at rival casinos.

So I will not try out any rival casinos any more.

Feel sick of that.:mad:

Even if no bonus, to show them I am not a bonus abuser, I deposit 100$ and I just want to try scary rich. It turns out that is a really scary slots.

100$ blow away in about 3 min and 20 sec @2$

Get back to 7 sultans and play awhile VP. Hit 2 RF in 9 hours HAHAHAHAHAHAH

If this is your first account at a Rival then they should not label you as a bonus abuser. John, of Thisisvegas, is now away on a trip to Amsterdam. Send him a pm with your account name and let him find out what the matter is. It's one thing to be upset and yet another to be labelled as a bonus abuser. I wouldnt take it as it is.

By the way, Scary Rich is of extremely high variance. You will whittle away even $500 at astonishing speed betting $2 per hand. Even betting at $0.20 per hand may give you a great return if you hit the right spins. At the new i-slot, I played $0.20 a hand starting with $84 and was down very quickly to $13. In a single spin, with a bonus round, I suddenly got up to $95 or so. Some Rival slots kill you with their variance but you do get some good wins,especially if you hit big during the bonus rounds. My hand above got a return of 400+ of the bet size.

Rival do indeed have a central database that is used to deter bonus abusers. What is worrying is that they have somehow managed to get "information" about a player without them ever having played at Rival before. This indicates the possibility of some industry wide database of "bonus abusers", and that play on other platforms has contributed to this flagging. If this was about FRAUD risk, surely the account would have been locked, and ID verification requested. The fact it was purely about bonuses indicates that past behaviour of this player was the key, and the question is how did a completely new casino group ever get to find out about this?

The good news is that this happened with This Is Vegas, and it is more than likely the rep will attempt to explain what is going on, after all, he made no attempts to hide the central database that runs across all Rival casinos.

One possibility is suspect duplicate accounts, with Rival taking the unusual step of allowing this, but with a bonus ban, whereas most casinos would simply lock these suspected duplicates.
