I get bombarded by spam casino email and have changed my email address a number of times but it still seems to track me down. I got the following email this morning from a casino I have never heard of and I think it is ridiculous

Hi,

God bless America casino is offering a $ 50 free chip and 999% bonus in honor of our troops who fight so graciously in Iraq and Afganisthan.

999% bonus on deposits of $ 20 - 200

EDIT: I just visited the website and dowloaded the software. I wanted to see if it was another casino in disguise. Sure enough the download was for Portofino Casino.

I was just about to post the same thing B21! You beat me to it. I found that spam offensive and the name is totally tasteless. The part about the soldiers fighting overseas is really reprehensible too.

BTW, this 'god bless america casino' is based in Panama. Friggin frauds.

Bryan, I nominate this one for immediate roguedom. :sniper:

Try and download the software and you will see it is just the Portofino Casino software so the 'god bless America' website must just be an affiliate website made to look like an independent casino.

So you're saying its scumbag affiliates for a scumbag casino. That's appropriate. They totally deserve each other.

I just sent the God Bless America Casino support an email stating that I know what they are up to and who they really are and that I have exposed them on the boards. Their spam email tactics and use of the troops as incentive is bad enough, but they needed to be exposed as a front for that craphole operation Portofino Casino.

don't know if this is totally off-topic but I received several emails two weeks ago from mostly Playtech casinos(as best as I can recall) that were advertising bonus specials with the recent hurricanes as their theme. I found this totally insensitive to those that have lost lives and homes. Turning tragedy to anyone's advantage is never a good thing. For this reason alone, I would not think of depositing to receive any of their bonuses.

*I think this latest post by BlackJack has this one topped.

totally disgusting

Using the hurricanes is pretty despicable too. I would blacklist any casinos that use this kind of marketing. Depositing money to a casino in honor of someone is such BS. I could see if they said something like '50% of all deposits made using this bonus will be donated to the hurricane relief fund' or '50% will be donated to the families of troops who are fighting overseas' but nobody benefits except the casino, and it is not honoring anyone.

I am suprised that nobody has set up georgewbushcasino.com or johnkerrycasino.com, with a share of the profits going to their respective campaigns. :)
