Thebes Casino - Rogued

Typical reaction from this type of thug; people like this do nothing but harm to the industry and this sort of behaviour merits sanction through rogue-ing imo.

The abusive and misleading responses on Youtube (all whilst still not meeting an agreed obligation to the player) are an indication of how much this sort of operator hates being under the spotlight.

The implied legal threat is laughable.

What's funny is that this "sarah" person, (who wants to pay me to to lick her B___,) is referring to a "Robert". We don't have a PAB with a Robert not being paid :p

As far as I know, our PABer hasn't heard a thing. I've PMd the person to get an update.

On another note, if this casino rep would have simply contacted me and stated that the issue was closed - that they had paid the person, then not a prob - I would have reported on this as well.

This just goes to show what type of people one deals with when patronizing clip-shot joint white label casinos. This moron can barely express him/herself without vomiting up a bunch of nonsense.

When this happened at Rome casino, we were told that it was a "one off" incident and would be dealt with. We were promised many things by the reps from Rome and Thebes, and then both reps fell silent.

We later had the TopGame rep bail from the company, and it seemed this was because of the way the business operated.

Now it seems they have decided to stay rogue, and try to be MORE rogue even than Virtual.

Eh? :what: No comprende. Who's we and what incident are you referring to?

OMG

But for comedy, I love the fact that the rep is supposedly called Sarah and then said you can "lick her balls". That's a classic

It sort of bothered me - what begins with the letter "B" that one could be paid to lick on a woman's body? Butt? Boobs? Belly?

But then it's clearly the case that Thebes hires men who pretend they are women. Must be bizzarroland in their support center.

It was the previous "CS rep on crack" case, where a rep was telling a player thinks like "I liiikkkeee yoooouuu" in chat.

This was Top Game central support, and the then Rome rep apologised and said this was not the usual standard of service, and that they would get in-house CS "soon".

This case seems to show that this kind of behaviour IS "normal" for TopGame central support, since this is a different rep, but very similar "unprofessional" style.

The original incident was so "way out of line" that TopGame CANNOT have failed to notice the potential for damage to their reputation, but two years later it seems little has been done to introduce "profesionalism" into their operations. This case has not one, but TWO members of staff being "unprofessional" in their handling of this matter via YouTube comment, rather than through "proper channels".

Between these two incidents, we have the "mistake" that lead to bogus licensing claims being made at a number of their white label casinos.

This seems to suggest that these incidents are NOT individual "mistakes", but a reflection of a POLICY at TopGame that has to come from the top.

The policy seems to be to act rogue so far as they feel they can get away with it, but if caught red handed, pretend it was just "a mistake". Bad PR is dealt with by threats & abuse, rather than by arguing their case.

This incident seems to have started from their attitude of "ignore, and it will go away", and when the issue spilled over to Youtube, they met it with abusive comments, rather than trying to put things right.

 Gawd - an all time classic!

Which they did - I give them credit for that. Except the "i liiikeeee yoooouuuu" dude transferred over to Rome casino to work with VIPs as far as I know.

Exactly. And when I am the least bit critical about Top Game, I am personally attacked by their operators. My latest

is an example. Rome casino's operator has posted no less than 12 times over there upset that I've called "Top Game" a rinky dink operation. He feels I am biased and live in a cave built and paid for by 32red and MGS.

It seems their gripe is only with UNJUSTIFIED criticism, so much of what you say is OK then.

I see "Neteller chargeback" Josh is still running things at Rome then. Slight case here of a pot calling a kettle black;)

Many of these comments lack facts, it was NOT Microgaming that made the custom "Casinomeister" slot.

The wacky support behind these issues is staffed by TopGame themselves, NOT the individual casinos, therefore TopGame are 100% responsible for what has happened, and thus a software wide "roguing" on this basis is justified.

Rome apologised, yet considered the rep that caused the problem good enough for them to employ directly, and for VIP players too! Was there REALLY such a severe lack of candidates for the post that they had no choice?

Failing to pay players IS an issue, and a BIG one. It does not matter WHY they fail to pay in any one case, but as far as players are concerned, they don't care, they want their money. What they seem to be getting are excuses, and what is worse, it seems these excuses are lies to cover up a more serious problem.

Mere "technical issues" can be resolved quickly, days if not hours. There are usually alternative "back up" means to minimise the effects of such outages.

Given the recent "technical problems" suffered by EWX over the last 6 weeks, does ANY casino SERIOUSLY expect the excuse "technical issues" is going to appease players for more than a couple of days at most.

Perhaps it is a bit like the "boy who cried wolf". Operators have often used bogus excuses in the past to avoid or delay payments for reasons they don't want to reveal, and often they have been "found out" when players have pressed the issue through entities such as eCogra and PAB. Now maybe these things are now REALLY happening, but like the boy who cried wolf too often, no-one believes them any more.

Are we also expected to believe that 40% of THROUGHPUT can be lost in the processing system, yet the casino STILL make a profit, pay players, pay staff, pay royalties, etc......... I smell a hint of exaggeration here.

Why don't these commenters come over HERE and fight?

I think it's because they are squirming under the publc spotlight more on Youtube and hence try to deflect the truth and confuse the public by ragging on the Casinomeister and his very truthful webcast.

They know pretty well that the players here are savvy on the Topgame history and the industry itself, and are therefore unlikely to be convinced otherwise by hand waving and BS.

The solution is simple - smarten up and pay your players timeously insead of wasting your time not very successfully trying to trash the messenger on Youtube.

Ok guys don't kill me for asking this question but are you sure the youtube account opened was really by a thebes person because that's just committing business suicide isn't it? Damn! :what:
