looked at the 2016 referendum. It didn't conclude Russia interfered. It didn't conclude Russia didn't. They concluded that nobody properly looked and that absence of assessment was itself a serious failure.To me, it sounds like Andy is trying to find ways to bring the UK back into the EU. What for?
