The Viper bug strikes again

If someone can explain how I turn two screenshots into a small enough file to upload here we could compare my PP/MG glitch from a while ago.

You'll need to post them in separate posts. If they are posted together in the same posting, they will appear as links. Was that what you were asking??

Bryan I get this message from the upload manager.

File Too Large. Limit for this filetype is 100.0 KB. Your file is 489.5 KB.

Each screenshot is saved as a word document.

Can I make this smaller?

Cut and paste it into 'Paint'.
Reduce size to about 70% using 'atributes'
Then 'save as' a jpeg format.

Should be able to upload like this:-

Kasino King enjoying a beer in Czech Republic at crazy 30p (55c) per pint!!!

Thanks KK - I can play online but I can't paint!!! - what am I like!

Anyway here at last are my screenshots from some time ago at PP/MG - the first image I took, because I had somehow been dealt a further card to a BJ!! -the second was the revised image when I returned to the game after saving the first screenshot!! - FL nor MG came up with any helpful answers.

Ouchies to the both of you. This doesn't inspire an increased sense of faith in online gambling.

Playcheck recorded my hand as 9, K, 8 - apparently no trace of the original A, K.

For me there were always two main questions:

1. how can any software possibly hit on a BJ?

2. how can A, K, 8 show as 'Soft 19' and be 'Bust'?

History now, but its the only software I have ever had this type of thing happen to me.

Good grief.

Amazing that this could happen, with PriceWaterhouseCooper checking and verifying the software so diligently on a daily basis.

I don't have a screenshot for this because I just played through in total bewilderment, but a few months ago I was dealt AA. I couldn't split, and, on drawing to the soft 12, and 10 busted me. Nothing showed up as incorrect in the playcheck logs, but I know for a fact my initial hand was AA.
