Thats what i thought, they may of been live as of asking because any other time of the day i click on the advert it does nothing. Yesturday it (kind of lol) showed a small message saying i am not eligable during the time frame they were apparantly available, just like 30 mins ago, as i suspected lol.
Now if i click on the advert it just does nothing again since the hour has passed. Kinda assumed they were live since that happened yesturday during the 'available hour'.

Pro tip. Dont ask customer service why you were arcade promo banned while also asking if it will effect the casino promos since you were still claiming them for days after the arcade promo ban. Seems they may well take that question as a request to be blocked from casino promos as well

Contacted their Twitter help, they were just as useless as live chat. All I got was:
