What provider have you been Playing Jon?

I've only been on NotEnt so far and haven't had any issues thankfully, however whenever I have bonus funds in CasinoEuro and play Microgaming the wagering gets "Stuck"...I've had to go to support several times about it.

In fact I even made a thread about it last year or the one before warning people and yet they still haven't pinpointed and sorted out the technical issue...I mean really all that time?

I am unable to access live help because it will not open for me? It appears that your real money is used first before you dip into the bonus money so its tied up unless you decide to forfeit the bonus prior to dipping into it.
I don't mind too much because it is akin to taking a 100% bonus for me but I would hate to have deposited £25 and ended up hitting hundreds with the 200 free spins

@ Chipkin - Hadn't played any this time around....

Day One of the SoC ND FS, I got feature and won £22, Wagering showed as 2.5K!!!

Couldn't get chat so same as you Col, so e-mailed without making any bets.

Took about 1 1/2 hours and they e-mailed me back stating it had been corrected, upon logging in once more it was indeed spot on at £770.

Happened back in the Summer also, took a £25 plus £25 bonus 100%er and was playing HOURS lol, decided to check (my bad should have done this at the start) and it was showing way too much still, rough estimate told me I had about £70-£80 of WR to go with around £250 in balance (back when Bonanza played fair )

Email time again and this time it was at the wk end, they told me to stop playing until it was sorted, took till the Monday PM but again they corrected it and I was soon able to w/d.

I hope you and everyone else who took the deal did ok? I had hours of play from the deal. I completed play through with about £35 left but after all of that effort I tried to win more but busted out. As usual with these deals I reached my peak at £88 very early in the play through.
