Well, because when i spoke to live chat, they said they would look into it, but that it was 'a gift'. Said they would get back to me today by email - so i
kinda feel obliged to at least wait.

I mean, if i hear nothing by tommorow then ill go ahead and try to withdraw it and see what happens. Its just puzzling where the free spins came from
seeing as i cant account for them and i didnt enter any competition for them , or even win them somewhere else. Makes it more odd that no one else
here apart from me and the original poster about them, got them.
