i need help. when i signed up for an online casino..i lied about my birthday
just to protect myself from anyone trying to hack my account. i did not realize that they needed this information for any legal purposes. anyway...every time i call them for help i need to lie about my birthday. now i have to verify myself because i won a small jackpot. as long as i tell the truth and send my real information i should get paid right? will they consider this too late? i had nothing to gain from giving the wrong birthday because i am 30 years old. i was just scared of giving my real birthday online in the begining. has anyone done this before?

You will most definitly need to write the casinos and tell them your situation. They use all that information to verify you as being who you say you are. I don't know what will happen, but I wish you luck. Keep us updated.

If it was just the year, you can say you accidentally clicked the wrong one. :p
If it was the month & day you'll just have to come clean.

I don't like admitting how old I am either (I look MUCH younger... honest!), but I never give any false info to casinos - it's not worth the risk of hassle later.

Let us know how it pans out...

When you sent your docs in that also shows your date of birth. Wing it tell them the day you registered just say sorry never had my glasses on really is that what i put. Might work if they say address phone number say thats easier you apply that daily so much easier to type in then the drop down menu you cant see.

My opinion is that Moneybooker should change security measure of req. input of your birthday when someone send money because that information is easily obtain.
They should make aditional measures like: PIN or Question/Answer method to max security beside password.
