UKASH..no credit card needed.

I'm in Israel and i cant deposit with ewallets or credit cards..

This is what i do...First u need to open an account with Liberty Reserve.com..then at ebuygold.com.

Go to ebuygold and buy LR (i buy with western union) but wire is available..and they will fund your LR account within a day max (usually within a few hours).

Now that you have money in your LR account thats how you buy UKASH with LR..best site is xmlgold.net.

Ebuygold take a 3% fee and WU varies but it's worth it.

You're joking?

Western Union would probably be okay if used only occasionally for USA players that still need to gamble online considering the present environment. The link below is a post I made about my experiences with W.U. in the past.

Thanks for that information and what a hassle it is. However one day while I was at our local grocery store at the counter where you purchase money grams through WU, a man wanted to make a purchase for Bodog, the cashier immediately knew this to be the name of a casino and told him it was illegal to send money to gambling sites through WU. So if they know this is for gambling many places may not allow the purchase.
My last plays I had a couple weeks ago at Inetbet were through that pre-paid visa card option they have, it was fast and simple.
However after my 3rd purchase, I was called by my bank, was told the "Authorities" had flagged my debit card and stated it had been compromised. Thus my debit card has been blocked and can no longer be used until they send me a new card with an entirely different number.
Which now causes even more hassles having to change my debit on all online transactions, such as bill paying, ebay, paypal and so on.
This whole nonsense just isn't fun anymore.
What is irritating is they have expanded the blocking of using credit cards to blocking the use of check cards, which are two entirely different things. With the check card I am using money I have not using credit for my purchases.

A solution to making deposits is no good unless there is a solution for making withdrawals.

Maybe casinos could find a way to pay out via UKash. This would work for relatively small amounts, but anything larger, such as a Random Jackpot, would present quite a problem because UKash would start asking questions.

Another solution might be to pay out in some kind of "shopping voucher", ones that can be used widely for every day purchases. They could even accept these shopping vouchers.

It would depend on whether the chosen voucher scheme is willing to cooperate without asking too many detailed questions about what they "sell".

Some while ago, there was a scheme run through the game "Second Life", and it was only shut down because the servers and company running the game were based in the US.

It can't be THAT hard to set up a similar online fantasy game with a way for participants to buy game features with real money, and redeem game money for real money.

The only way the US would be able to shut that down is to ban US citizens from using "pay to play" online fantasy games (through having the banks block the transactions), which will piss off a far bigger proportion of voters than a ban on gambling.

I remember back when I first started gambling that a few casinos were offering deposits in the form of pre-paid phone cards - you'd use your credit card to buy the phone card and the casino would accept the phone card as a deposit. I'm not sure how the withdrawals worked because it wasn't something I used - don't remember what the fees were but it seemed a little costy to me.

I'm afraid that's going to be the situation now in America - if you're able to find a way to deposit, it's going to be more expensive. With the extra thrill of never knowing if you'll be able to withdraw any winnings. That really sucks.

I wouldn't touch Liberty Reserve with someone else's pole...but it seems some people go apeshit if you point out it's scam history...so, whatever.

I'm down to playing at iNetBet and the Club World group. I got a Greendot Moneycard Pre-paid Visa Debit at Wally World. I can fund it there, or buy a Moneypak at a local Casey's. It's six bucks to fund $50 to $500. I use the Express Payment option at the casinos to deposit, and ACH or check to withdraw.

I probably won't quit until there's no hoops left to jump through.

Other prepaid Visa cards are slightly cheaper. Mine allows you to fund between 20 and 1000 dollars a day,at $3.95 per transaction. It allows funding through a variety of methods--I tend to use WU and Moneygram because that's most convenient for me.

So far all the casinos accept this Visa card (which is nice because traditional Visa credit cards reject such transactions)
