NO i don`t!!! I joined because of recommendation of a Buddy who is a Member here longer Time ago.He said to me that this Forum were much better and professioneller then the LCB forum so i joined and I found the thread and the tournament by chance when exploring the forum. I m not that Kind of Guy that only joins for some Freespins....

Ok so whilst this has been a massive clusterfuck with how it's all played out, it wouldn't hurt to look at it from the winner's perspective, or any new member for a second.
There is every chance that they joined CM by coincidence at the time of the tournament, or thereabouts. There's dozens of new members that sign up here every day....it may be that the promo was running parrallel to them joining and they wanted to partake.
It stopped being an exclusive CM promo for veterans when the rules where changed on a whim to include making a deposit prior to taking part, so it's not a 'freebie' as it used to be and more of a business-driven deposit promo anyway. So any notion that we have been blessed by this promo goes out of the window, as it wasn't devised by Yits but by Ben, and was 'free'. Not so much now.
And if I'd just joined CM, why shouldn't I be allowed to take part? I call it unfortunate timing if I'm 10 posts short of being eligible. This is where Yits should have nipped it in the bud from the beginning. If you're going to take over responsibilty of handling someone else's promo you should do your best to handle it with care and respect.
And yes, reps do get paid, do they not? Naturally, if they were volunteers it'd be a different story. They are the face of the company and should be there at all times, and that included being available near- 24/7.

That's not true. You signed up here just to collect the free spins. You started posting willy nilly and I closed your account because of that. You requested me to reopen it, and I did on the condition that you chill out.
And this is one of the reasons we are going to have promotions for full members and above. This 10 posts or more thing just causes people to join and start posting nonsense just to achieve the 10 posts. It turns the forum into a garbage heap.

I gave away a mere $50 during my Videoslots Marathon but that was from the start my first rule!! If you truly want to reward active and contributing members with exclusive CM promotions/contests then they should be Full members and above because that shows they've been around for some time and contributed as well. Other than that you are inviting, as i am calling them, "Jack and Johnny from the dumpsters".

The thing is, you have a bee in your bonnet when it comes to anything connected Guts/Rizk/Yits. It's tiresome, and I think you even mentioned that you were taking them to court.
So here's the deal: you state your case in another thread (whatever it is, I can't really recollect what it was), and we will handle it either via PAB, or resolve it properly somehow. You don't like the casinos - we get it, but I'm getting complaints that any Guts/Rizk thread is getting hijacked by your agenda.
We need to keep the forum on a constructive path - it's not a route of endless vetting.

Since I took part in this, I have the right to voice my opinion.
I find Tirilej posts absolute pathetic, trying to get other members to e-mail GUTS/YITS to get the prize took off the winner. The issue is with YITS not the players fault. So go after them not the player.
As for Mac his posts are bordering on obsession and bang out of order.

I think what Tirilej was suggesting is that the prize is given to the right winner additionally to that given to the "wrong" one. It was Yits fault after all and by now the "wrong" has either lost the loot or cashed it out.

To be fair, I don't think anyone is asking that illu88's prize be revoked. I know that no one supported them voiding his wins from the freespins he was awarded at the time. I knew Guts was more fair than that, and posted that back then. But his winning spin on the spins credited for the competition should have been discounted from the main competion.
Had a qualified player beat him, it would all be a moot point.
And while illu88 may have made a lot of posts to qualify in the first place, he's become a member of this community and has contributed over the past few weeks after those first 20 rushed posts.
Let's not run him off too.

She did clearly suggest that, in fact she had a moan at the guy thanking GUTS for the win. Stating she had e-mailed and begged YITS to give the money to the correct winnings and stated several times she wants to PAB on behalf of the real winner is clearly suggesting he have it removed.
It's not her decision to PAB anything on behalf of anyone else, and mere fact she thinks she has this right shows the levels of delusion.
Voice your opinion sure, but don't act like you run this place.
You are not being fair. There was never a mention of the word "remove" or even a hint for anything like that from her. "Surprised" she said, for the guy just thanking GUTS without any comment for anything else (at the time), that's not a moan. Feeling bad for the real winner (according to the rules) not getting the prize and suggesting a PAB for him to get the prize, only if necessary.
She even mentioned to mac that he was hijacking this thread for his personal agenda against GUTS that led to his suspension.
If you read all her posts again, you will see all she wants is the person that won (according to the rules) to get paid 550. No offense, but that is a fact that doesn't leave room for opinion.
Please don't get this the wrong way. Let me give another example of what I mean with "no room for opinion". Lets say that we are looking at a slot screenshot with 4 wilds. You can say that the 4 wilds on that slot should pay more, that is your opinion. But you cant say that this screenshot has 5 wilds, that is not an opinion, that is simply not true.

illu88 clearly wanted those money. he knowed that those dont belong to him. This is my opinion.
I dont know what is right punishment and if he get something it will come from Guts.
But real winner should be credited. I think Yits will do it.

I have to agree with Nutnut that I've been pathetic in this thread. I shouldn't care so much about justice. Unfortunately I never seem to learn my lesson.

I just got a reply from Yits to my email, and as I suspected he never realized that he had done something wrong.
For personal reasons he won't be able to get in here posting until tonight and we have to accept that.
He will give the real winner his money and that is what we wanted so from my side it's fine again.

If I were a casino manager/rep and came across this situation plus my 'slagging off' in other threads I would be very reluctant to visit the forum.
IMO its virtually impossible to keep the situation amicable, maintain 'what is expected' (for accreditation), keep the members happy, plus offer reasonable response time to PM's etc etc etc.
Whether right, wrong, guilty or innocent or a bit of both,as a human being in general I feel for Yit's these past few days,

I'm struggling to see how he missed it tbh, he was active in the thread after the rule breach was pointed out and before the comp end, and clearly was checking qualification, possibly one or two slipped through, but to miss the numerous posts, miss the qualification fail and also see the winning screenshot but fail to spot the next few posts all stating it was invalid is a bit of a stretch to understand

So, Illu's had a very good start to the year - I guess we can all appreciate that at some level (perhaps myself a bit less than others) - but what's done is done and I can hardly ask for money back now, can I? At least we made 2 people happy. Or, actually 3 - next in line is probably going to enjoy his oodles of cash too.
In any case - there is no argument that the Winner of the 4th Annual Casinomeister is actually the esteemed +20x poster and forum guru....dpp00! He won 39.46GBP from the spins themselves, and then carreid on playing in that sesh to win a nice chunk more. wow imagine my surprise when i logged into guts today and saw 550 sitting in my ac im in quite some shock ,
all because some very nice and decent people here on the forum, i never would have checked looked or cared i had a nice run with the free spins and cashed out a nice amount to so i was already very pleased with the comp , and perfectly happy for the winner
what can i say just a big thank you to all here on casinomeister for your diligence and carein nature well just checked and the money is sittin in my skrill ac so
i can plan a nice weekend out with my 2 boys ,
obviouslyi think yits derserves a thanks for takin on the chin haha and sorting it out im sure hes learned a valuable if not quite so cheap lesson in the power of the meister

I did not think that people like you think about this situation as you do. I rather expected the contrary it was definitely felt as if 90% of the people were against me anyway and I had to pull myself together often that I did not disengage Because I've been internally and from the head so fucked up, as people represent me here and I am but not so in real life.

However, past experience has shown us that some people register only for these CM exclusive promos, funnily enough very often win them and then disappear, never to be seen again. Our rants were mostly directed at Yits as he did not do his due diligence when looking at the posted screenshots.

And I'm also not a very persuasive person, 2-3 words to clear the situation --->High Five / Shake hands and have a good time together for sure!!!! I think i should cancel the first 2 Weeks here from my Mind, like as it never happend.
