I think that would be why Yits might have given you the chance mate. It is just difficult to set up rules and then not follow them but you got them didn't u? i am sure u will be accepted in competition I guess and they wont take your winnings dont worry :thumbsup:

Hey Paaske,

nice statement.Would be nice if everythings going that Way. In the End i think this Contest goes till 31.12 and till that date i would have easy my 20 Post i should have joint a week later and this discussion would not exist any way.

Sorry to be a humbug here but Yits obviously made a mistake crediting the spins but you also should have read the rules and not asked for them

I am sorry but my opinion is you should be disqualified, keep the money from the spins thats fair but if you happen to win the contest I dont think its fair on members who have followed the rules that you are given the winnings

Just my opinion though

My guess is that this person signed up at CM just for this contest. The same day, the first post in this thread right after.
Then went on to made a few posts in old threads before one of the moderators stopped him. Clearly to make a few more posts to be eligible but didn't make it.
I was going to tell Yits but at that time he was banned, but was later allowed back in.

There is always many that tries to be able to get in to these contests which is the reason for setting rules.
This one was more open to abuse since members was suppose to send emails instead of pm's. That is Guts loss so I don't care. The bigger prize is a different thing though.
 
How beautiful that you all post all their opinions and judgments, although the contest is not even end and nothing is fixed. I also have an idea how you could regulate the whole where everyone could live with. But before I post here I wait for the first thing that still happens or the contest is over and the winner is fixed.

Per live chat that promo was his baby. He knows though he still have the support of the forum. He probably took a few days off after Christmas to destress. Heaven knows he probably needs it right now.

What is stressing is mayby pm's that are giving him email notifications from here, people who are asking chat to tell him he's late, or others who are sending him emails directly.

No I think it was dpp00 in post 8 who had the highest win in this thread. It was a bit hard to find since many were posting the winnings after they played the spins.
I do feel for him, and if I could I would have given him the win myself. I doubt Yits will come back reading this thread though. Maybe we could do a Pab on the behalf of dpp00 :)
 
Ah so it was! I'm not happy about the way Yits has gone against his own terms and conditions and like yourself have asked for the 10 spins to be removed. Dpp00 should have won fair and square and I'd be feeling pretty hard done by if i was him personally.

I have nothing against illu88, and no one can blame him for winning a prize when he was included from the outset.

Of course nobody anticipated him actually winning the whole thing, had he received £3 like most others this issue wouldn't have been brought up.

The *fault* lies with the host of this competition for allowing rules to be circumvented and making an exception. I understand people's outrage but the buck stops with Yits for only dropping in twice a year and obviously not paying much heed to, well, much of anything around here.

As you can see from the reactions here and what you've been able to read in earlier posts, I must say I'm surprised that you just say thank you to the winnings.

I've sent Yits another email and begged him to make this right. I think he must have been too busy to read our posts, because I can't find any other explanation.
If he doesn't make it right tomorrow I've cleared with Max that it's ok to Pab, and well, maybe we all could do it :)
